This thing is a must! If you have headaches or tension in your head, this will work it out for you. You may not be able to see after a few minutes, but that's okay. Your vision comes back. This thing is wonderful. It works well. The sound is great, I can't describe it any better than that.

It’s very relaxing when you have tired eyes. After a full day of work at the PC, your eyes be strain. Using this for 15 mins help relax your eyes, with the low heat, low pressure and if you like, turn on the bird sounds.

This product works just as described. The buttons are far enough apart that they can easily be used by touch. If you prefer, the voice recognition works great. The voice output is super clear. I like that there are several choices for heat level and pressure level, not just on/off. I find only two negatives with the unit. I really like the Bluetooth feature, but I have trouble hearing it. I am not sure it is the volume control or the location of the actual speaker. The other negative is the noise it makes while massaging. That clunk, clunk, clunk is annoying, especially when I have a migraine.

Very relaxing

I purchased the Eyeris 3 after using my Eyeris 1 for the past 8 months. I use it primarily for the heat mode for my dry eyes. They are both supposed to have the same temperatures available but with the Eyeris 3 I do not feel the heat as much as in the Eyeris 1 possibly because of the thicker padding which is why I give it only 3 stars. The Eyeris 3 is easier to set and settings can be voice activated. The music is awful on the E3 but you can set up your own music on both with Bluetooth. If you are looking for help with dry eyes I definitely would recommend the E1. If you’re looking for added features with less noticeable heat and looks cool the E3 may be for you!

I’m not someone who leaves reviews, but I have to say this has changed my life. As someone who has a difficult time falling asleep, I fall asleep instantly after using it at night. The heat and massage is so relaxing - it’s an absolute must to my nighttime routine.

I chose this recent version because of the different heat and pressure levels as well as the three types of modes. Everything is very accessible and very easy to operate. The sound option is not my favorite but this can be turned off. From day one it took away a migraine and helped me relax my eyes and mind. Very comfortable.

Heavy and uncomfortable

Très très agréable. Bon massage j'ai de la difficulté a resté réveillé la première fois je me suis endormie. J'avais peur que le bruit du moteur soit trop fort parce que juste les des oreilles. Mais même si on l'entend ce n'ai pas si fort. Comme j'ai déjà un appareil Renpho a massage pour les mollets et les pieds chez moi je savais comment fonctionne le massage avec l'air donc je savais comment ça fonctionnait. Le volume au minimum on entend la musique ou les oiseaux j'adore ça. Je n'ai pas encore mis ma musique et je n'arrive pas a activer le vocal j'ai l'impression qu'il ne fonctionne pas. Mais le reste fonctionne bien. Il est beau en version doré ça l'air riche j'adore. Part contre j'aurais beaucoup aimé un étuit rigide pour pouvoir le transporter sans le stress de le briser

If you don’t mind the smell, loud noises, a voice command that doesn’t understand and a buckle that digs into the back of your head. Then it’s pretty cool.

I ordered this as a new product, but what I received was clearly used. The back of the eye mask was covered in makeup powder. This is completely unacceptable and very unhygienic. Selling a second-hand item as brand new is dishonest and disgusting. Buyers beware!
