My mom is a double leg amputee, so transferring from surface to surface (car to wheelchair to shower to couch) means scooting across a board. This involves a lot of abdomen muscles and wiggling. I originally checked out the belt but she holds a lot of water weight due to the need for dialysis, but also she holds fat there.With all that said: this lanyard is great because we were able to adjust it to fit her torso and it keeps the catheter completely and comfortably out of her way. She can bend, wiggle from side to side, and not risk losing it like she did a week in when she accidentally sat on it and we found it later. lol

Very nice quality and will be easy to use. Got these ahead of surgery so will respond back later.

Light weight and helpful. The ribbon on it would rub my chest and make me itch. I bought parachute cord and put it on each of the safety clips instead and I stop having issues with it
