I know, it’s salt. But, these are prefect little flakes, unlike most kosher salt’s large crystals. This means you can sprinkle them on food and you don’t get the sensation of chewing sand, just little bursts of saltiness. This salt really is different from other Kosher salt brands. For baking or cooking, it doesn’t matter. But, for sprinkling, this should be what you use.

Excited to have the salt that all the ~cool~ recipes are using these days. Less excited that some spilled in the package (couple tbsp). I bought the 3 lb box and my husband was not thrilled with the size of the box in our small kitchen, so the 1 lb box is about right. It's about the same size as the regular Morton box, but has way less salt by weight since it's way less dense.
