First time ordering torrone from anywhere and i don’t know why some people be saying its hard or too sticky but its probably because they left it outside before bringing it in their house because torrone contains quite a bit of sugar so makes sense but i honestly loveeee it and yes it is soft and the outside is what you eat (i believe so but do correct me if im wrong because i have been eating it all the time). So do keep in mind if you don’t want it sticky and you live in a warm place then its best to bring it in sooner than later is what i can assume so the texture does not change but the opposite could happen if its too cold (i think so i could be wrong) but i definitely say that its good quality and didnt last an hour when i brought it back to my room lol so i will be buying a bigger one Tldr: just dont keep it outside too long if you live in a hot/warm area if you don’t want texture to change so bring it in sooner than later

The flavor of this nougat is just okay, it has more almonds than nougat, and it is extremely sweet!

This is not a soft candy but it was delicious and made well.
