They are exactly what I needed to extend the life of my tens unit They are a bit tough to peel on the blue side as there is no tab. It takes effort for sure. But they work great and they are easy to replace when they tire out.

The reason it's 4 stars is that you have to be careful peeling off, unless you have long finger nails and it does curl up if you're not careful. I did messed up on one and one did curl cos it's has a mind of its own. It's thick and it does stick. Worth the money
