Instructions were not specific. I called Park Seed, whom I order seeds regularly. They did not have these seeds. I asked the associate if I order from another vendor, what must I do to make sure the seeds will germinate? She advised Cold Stratification - 3 weeks in the refrigerator. The seeds were planted, but none sprouted in seed-starter soil. I'd like a refund. But how do you prove your findings to a vendor??? One star is given in that the seeds were delivered to my mailbox with proper packaging in a reasonable time frame.

Excellent germination rate. Growth is quick, so far some are 6 -9 inches tall and ready for transplanting.

Of the 30 three or 4 sprouted, but unfortunately they flowered.

bought 3 different color packages of hibiscus seeds... 2 were dud seeds & didnt even sprout to grow ...the package that did start rapidly growing wasn't even hibiscus seeds, turned out to be morning glories... how do u return plant seeds after they grow into a plant LMAO.... morning glories & hibiscus are two completely different price categories...

These R very hard yo grow from seed...they don't give much information...it would B nice if they actually.. had instruction on how to go from package to flower ..how to germinate..seeds R all different
