Anthony's Organic Lemon Juice Powder, 12 ounce, Freeze-Dried, Cold Pressed, No Sugar Added, Gluten Free, Non GMO

It was not very lemony. Maybe I thought it would taste like lemons but it does not really. It is a bit bland but with some sugar i think it would be fine. I have several products from this company and like everything so I think I was just looking for a fresher lemon taste for margaritas.

Oh my WOW! I ordered this thinking it might be a better option for morning lemon water than buying fresh lemons and having half of them go bad before I could use them... It was shocking to me how delicious this was when I just added hot water. Literally shocking. When I have done morning lemon water in the past, it's usually so bitter that I really have to try hard to drink it all. Even with adding a couple of drops of liquid Stevia, it would just be so bitter that it was not enjoyable. This is not that experience! I look forward to making my lemon water every morning with this stuff! Not just tolerating it, but enjoying it! At first, I thought it seemed pretty pricey, but I have purchased other products of Anthony's and was impressed with them, so the familiar name convinced me to give it a try. It doesn't take much to make my 6 ounces of lemon water, so I think the bag will last me quite awhile, making the cost reasonable. And because it is freeze dried, the nutrient content is nearly unchanged from that of fresh lemons. I'm looking forward to using it in things like cheesecake or lemon bars, because it is just very versatile. It's a 10/10 for me, I would definitely recommend!!

I've ordered several Anthony's products, and all of them meet my strict standards! Arrived in great condition the next day! This lemon powder is great! No more buying, and squeezing, a bunch of lemons each week! And the powder doesn't just taste like lemons, it actually IS lemon juice powder, meaning you get all the benefits of fresh squeezed juice! I use it every morning in my green tea (along with 1/2 tsp Anthony's Organic Ginger, 1/2 tsp Anthony's Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Anthony's Organic Turmeric, a few shakes of black pepper to enhance the absorption of the Turmeric, and 1/2 tsp of Himalayan pink salt)! This is a vital part of my health plan for my electrolytes that I need every day! Lemon is great for your liver, and getting your liver restored is the first step of healthy!

I bought this to try to make some sweetened lemonade. But no matter how much I mix it and in what kind of ratio between sugar water and the lemon juice powder. It comes out BITTER. It’s as if they ground up the lemon peel. I have no idea what to do with a bitter lemon juice powder, but I haven’t thrown it away yet.

This batch was nice and lemoney. Delicious and refreshing. The last batch...barely tasted the lemon flavor! Almost didn't reorder. But, glad I gave this brand another shot. Hope next batch is just as fresh.

Pure lemon flavor in a clean product and no perfume after taste like other so called lemon products. It dissolves completely in teas, mixes and baking.

Very good nice lemon taste, and great to use in dips, etc.. if you want the taste without the water of the lemon. Good with a little vanilla in a drink of water. A generous amount that will seem to last a while also.

This is just like working with lemon juice. No other part of the lemon was used in the making of this freeze-dried product. If you like something else I would try a different product where you have the whole lemon piss in outer skin or peel zest to go with it, but that's not what this is. It's just purely lemon and that's all you're getting just the juice
