Best Product I Have Bought In A Long Time!!?
After having an incident where another driver ran a red light, which put her directly heading towards me, as I'm pulling out from a separate set of traffic lights and not stopping or even attempting to try and avoid me, I realised I really needed a camera for the car. So after looking a round and reading the reviews I decided to purchase this. I have to say I have not been disappointed, it is absolutely superb. The installation was straight forward, even for someone who is never had to install anything into their car before. It took just over 30 minutes and the instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow. The automatic record function, when turning the ignition on is fantastic. I was concerned with already having my sat nav on the dash that this camera may be too big, but it's not at all... It's the perfect size. The recording quality, both on front and rear is outstanding, running at 1080 hd. The functions and day to day reliability when driving have been very good. Taking into consideration the price and quality of this product it's an amazing deal for a superior product and I would highly recommend this dash cam to anyone considering to purchase one. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. A fantastic DashCam!

Excellent little camera
This is a great good quality dash cam, not too big and doesn't get in the way of you driving view. Small enough to hide, It was bought for a Fathers Day gift. I had it fitted in my garage as we are not technically minded, I had left in box and the only problem we had was the memory card had been put in the camera ready for use, but unfortunately it has been pushed in at an angle and had snapped, they had to get it out with small tweezers but managed with no damage to camera, but it was already snapped in two from inserting in wrong way. I contacted Amazon about it, the camera was perfect all I wanted was new card everything else was fine, The person I spoke to was more than accommodating, they offered me a discount to buy card we both looked on the site and I found one which I thought was the same, and it had been sent no problem, the only problem I hadn't realised it was a Micro card and I have a card for a computer which is no good for the camera, to be fair not knowing what I was ordering the actual info on the camera didn't specify what type of card to get, so had to pop out yesterday and buy one from local high street, which obviously cost double. I can't fault Amamzon's representative they did all they could to put it right, obviously like me they were not technically minded either or they would have know I had the wrong card. We would recommend this camera it's small need and very good playback.

Good dash cam at a great price
Got installed by auto electrician, who said "the quality was as good if not better than he normally fits, which are more expensive and don't include the SD card". The instructions that come with it are not the easiest to understand. the quality of play back is excellent on a PC, although cannot be viewed on the camera. the rear view camera doubles up as a reversing camera

How long will it last?
Thought I'd get a dash cam due the increasing amount of bad driving I come across every day. This seems fairly well built and was very easy to setup, front and rear were installed in half an hour. On my first drive yesterday all seemed okay but then the screen corrupted at one point and kept flashing up the five second shutdown message. Been fine since but I wonder for how long. That's the thing with Chinese tech, it doesn't seem that reliable. I had another a few years ago that packed up in about 6 months. I'll see how it goes over the next week before deciding if it goes back. The other thing to note is the instructions are not clear at all, I am still trying to figure it out for myself. Update 22nd may A couple of days in and the power down message keeps flashing up so it's going back. I don't find it particularly easy to use either, the buttons are awkwardly placed and non descript. I had hoped that the cheaper tech had become more robust but sadly not. Based on a review on techmoan I have ordered the more expensive Yi ultra.

Great dash cam , recommend it
Great camera ! At last I got my provisional drivers license and I was able to use it. I’m very happy about my purchase and it makes me feel a lot safer on the road especially that I’m a learner driver and if something happenes on the road it’s very hard to prove that it wasn’t learners fault , as happened to my friend and he lost his learners licence for 3 months when it wasn’t his fault, so hopefully this dash cam won’t let the same happen to me. I really like that the camera has front and rear views , it was very easy to install and works great in any light conditions from night, dusk, rain to direct run. Large memory capacity make sure you’re cover for long drives without worry you gonna run out of space.

Update Now I’ve tried to use this for a day - the battery constantly flashes that’s its low, despite being on charge all night The camera fell off the bracket whilst using because of the screw issue and the camera would only record a minute then reset itself back to 000 Awful. Sending back Out the box it’s surprising how heavy the camera feels and well made. I’ve had the camera specifically for the rear camera as I’m using it as a reverse camera and the added security of the front dash camera. Installed very easily and I was pleasantly surprised that the rear camera cable, is plenty long enough. I wasn’t sure it wold be. So from what I’ve seen so far it seems pretty decent with regards to the quality etc. The reason I’ve given four stars is because there seems to be a slight design flaw with the angle screw of the windscreen bracket and the actual camera holding slide. They both seem to clash and that means you can’t fully slide the camera into the slot. I’m not sure if this will be an issue yet, I’ll update after a week or so.
