I'm a delivery driver but use my personal phone all day. The app drains my battery and halfway through my day my phone is on low battery. I pop my phone in here and by the end of the day my phone is back up to 40% and I was able to complete my route with my phone. The battery pack still has life in it also. It takes a while to charge the battery pack back up after using but that's because it has a ton of battery life so I think it's definitely worth it. It does make your phone considerably heavier but I'm okay with that especially because it charges it through the port using the fast charging and doesn't charge it wirelessly.

I haven't managed to let it drain completely, but I can estimate getting about 5+ days of battery life with light to moderate phone usage. I like the raised border around the screen to protect it, and I think overall it offers fair protection. I can use wireless charging and android auto, just like it says, which is appreciated since I use those frequently. The only feature of the phone that the case may interfere with is wireless power sharing, but you could always pop the phone out of the case if that comes up. I set the phone to maximum battery protection, and activate the charging from the case when the phone is about 40%. Going from 40%-80% takes about 25% of the power from the case. Being able to keep the phone battery in that range theoretically should keep it in an optimum condition longer. Very happy with the case! I don't mind the extra bulk.

I’m very disappointed with this battery case. It works great at first, but after a short period of time the performance starts to drop. Little by little, the charging time gets shorter until it’s basically useless. These should really be built better because they just don’t last. Mine barely made it a few months. For the price, it’s simply not worth it.

The case gives the Samsung a nice solid feel with it's extended battery. The phone is well protected from falls and accidents. Although my first case did have a problem with the charging port after just three months, I give this company 5 stars for honoring their product and replacing my defective unit. I've bought Newderry cases for my other phones in the past, but after the great warranty & replacement service I will continue to be a buyer of their battery cases in the future!

Works great while it works. Last one I got lasted 6 months before it stopped charging my phone while plugged in. It will charge itself, will charge the phone from the battery, but will no longer (reliability) charge the phone while plugged in. This is the same thing that happened to the previous one. I wish I could give it a higher rating, but the durability is an issue.

I've had 4 s series samsung phones. I always have bought the NEWDERY battery case for every phone. I've had issues with a few not charging after some time, and NEWDERY has always replaced them. The biggest thing about their battery cases is that you can wirelessly charge phone and case. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEWDERY BATTERY CASES.

Only allows the charge rate of 1.5 amps at 5 volts that's a total of 15 watts that's less of a charging rate then tablets and phones have had for at least since 2017. And before then that was the charging rate when we swapped to using USB cables to charge mobile devices. Not only that but it only allows power in, which means that if you want to use this with Android auto where you have to plug it into the car you're out of luck because this thing does not support USB functionality other than power. And it barely supports USB power, I often find myself having to use older Chargers to charge it because it's not compatible or won't charge using any of the newer charging bricks even though the newer charging bricks support the same charge rate or at least 5 volts at 2 amps and this device can just throttle that 1.5 amps. So not only does it barely keep your phone charged when in use, you're often draining your battery of your phone even with your phone plugged into the device. Is it damn shame because if this supported USB 3.1 and bare minimum 20 watt charging that the phone it's marketed for supports, I'd be very happy with it and I would be fine with only USB 3 speeds and not having USB 3.1 2x2 or 3.2 2x2 speeds. Let alone USB 4. But for God's sake that battery should be able to put out enough current to charge the phone while it's in use at Full Tilt. It's ridiculous that it only supports such minuscule of a charging rate and such a minuscule of a output rate. And the battery bump on the back is slanted inwards so good luck getting it to stay in any window or dashboard mounted phone holder. I had an OtterBox case that I was using on my phone before but because I cannot find a wireless charging battery pack to stick on the back of my phone that can go through the freaking 3 to 5 mm of rubber on the back of my phone this is the only device that I was able to find that did what I wanted which was to have extra battery life. Because as I've grown into the s24 ultra it feels like my battery life gets worse every single day. I used to be able to go a full work day and get home with 30% battery left. But now I have to charge my phone like every time I sit down otherwise I will run out of battery.

I love the case I've been using it since it was delivered to me. But I do seem to be having a slight problem with it now. Basically usually it will charge the battery in the case and the battery in the phone at the same time until both or one of them is fully charged. Today I've noticed that the case is fully charged but it the cable that I use to charge both stopped charging my phone. I tried turning on the case to charge my phone and plugging the cable into the bottom of the case but that didn't work because as soon as I plugged the cable in it just stopped charging my phone. It's a very helpful piece of kit to have when you go out for the day.

Plenty of power for my phone now! No more afraid of dead battery.I like the wireless charging feature too

Good fit and good battery, but... the usb c port does not recognise some or all accessories. It has failed to connect a thermal cam i have, and also a usbc to wired audio adaptor. Both connect fine to phone when plugged in direct.
