Excellent product
If you've never tried relaxing, then you should.If you have a problem sleeping at night, it really works.It calms you and sues you so you can get some good rest

Relaxium, though takes some time to act, works fine to provide a restful and lengthy sleep.

This product is no stronger or more effective than any other over-the-counter sleep aid, but it is way more expensive than most.

A full dose may be too much melatonin
I bought this when I saw it advertised on TV at 3:00 O' Clock in the morning. First two nights I took the recommended dose (2 pills). The second morning I had a melatonin hangover, which I have had before. (I can only tolerate 3 mg of melatonin without getting brain fog the next morning). A full dose of this (2 pills) has 5 mg of melatonin according to the label. Too much for me. So now I am taking 1/2 dose (1 pill) and it does help some. I may edit this for a better review over more time.

This product works well. I was skeptical but not anymore.
This product works much better than just straight melatonin. I’ve tried so many different things. I don’t like to take any medication’s. They’re too addicting. This product is is wonderful. I love it. I can’t sleep without it. I don’t even try. The best thing is that it’s all natural and not a that thing works every time!

Good value and quality
A few years ago I bought this to help sleep but used a prescription sleep aide so quit using it. Now I am trying to get "off" the prescription... so ordered this again and am so glad I did. I am at the moment using a little of both the otc and prescription...slowing reducing the amount of prescription. Hope to go completely on the Relaxium. Was glad to find good value for the $ here at Amazon!

Product didn't work for my husband, but their customer service was good.
It didn't help my husband fall asleep, and it gave him heartburn. The three stars are for customer service - it wasn't actually returnable, but the manufacturer refunded our money. I would give them 5 for that, but it might be misleading to others considering buying.
