I received the complete product in two different shipments due to logistical difficulties. However, both boxes arrived DAYS before the delivery date provided!!! When I received the first box with only some of the parts, I thought they had made a mistake by not including all of the parts, so I contacted them. Within a couple of hours, the seller replied explaining that the entire item would arrive in two boxes to be delivered in different days. The second box arrived the following day. It was super easy to assemble it, took 5 minutes, literally. And the final product is more than I expected; great looking chair, super comfortable, very wide (I'm 6ft tall), perfect as a work chair/station. Would definitely recommend buying this product and from this seller. And to answer a question that I received of whether the cushion is good, because in every picture people post, it looks wrinkled and baggy... the seat cushion is very nice and firm (not baggy at all). In my opinion, it looks wrinkled and baggy in every picture we post, most likely because all pictures are from the very first day the item arrives, when the cushion is still uncompressing, because it does come compressed in a bag. It's a very good item, very wide too (I'm 6ft tall and 230lbs.)

Delivery was quick. As others have mentioned the product comes in two boxes. For me, they came in one day apart but well before the estimated delivery date. Assembly was simple, and the overall quality of the chair is good. I find the bottom cushion to be especially comfortable. The only negative I have is with the back cushion, I did not find the amount of padding out the box to be sufficient. However I stuffed an old pillow in there and now have no issues.

I’m obsessed with my new reading chair which was a late birthday/early Christmas gift to myself. So thank you to ME! It’s a nice wide chair with plenty of room to move around and get really comfy. I paired it with an ottoman I already had and created quite the cozy reading corner. I do wish the seat cushion was a little thicker but it’s fine, especially for what I paid for this thing. It’s a great addition to my living room.

Absolutely shocked by the quality of these chairs. I bought one and my husband loved it so much that we ordered a second. He’s 6’5” and loves the amount of room in these chairs. They are super easy to put together (<5 min), arrived earlier than expected, the fabric seems easy to clean. No piling or pulls yet (we’ve had for about 5 months). They are big and sturdy and look super sleek. My new fav coffee drinking snuggle spot.

Decent quality, the back is very low so very little upper back support. The cushions are very thin and sliding the pieces together was near impossible, it’s so tight you can’t see them lining up so after about 60 attempts I got it to finally fully fit together, and I’m a very handy person and put stuff together all the time, not sure if mine was just slightly out of alignment or not. Overall I’m happy with this chair but don’t expect it to replace your comfy recliner, it’s just an occasional chair.

We bought this as a replacement chair for our son who needs a little more seating room. As it turns out, this chair gives that and more. It arrives in two boxes and is super simple to put together. It was unboxed and sat in in five minutes. But allow at least a day before doing that. The pillows come sealed in compressed bags and need a good few hours to fully fluff. Excellent workmanship, fabric is flawless and delivery was as promised. If you order more than one piece like we did, place your orders separately. Eulchang does not have the power to split out the shipping and delivery notifications and Amazon does a poor job of it. Otherwise, super happy with our experience and furniture from Eluchang. We can tell this chair is going to last a very long time.

Great size! Fairly easy assembly, some difficulties getting the slots to line up but eventually I succeeded. Those who say the back rest is lacking padding are correct. It isn't significantly lacking, but you can feel the back of the chair. Unzipped the back cushion, stuffed a "guest room" bed pillow in between the foam and voila!!! Perfect!! Would 100% buy again!
