I took this product for about a year for my cystic acne. It helped the acne right away, but after a few months my acne came back. I kept taking it, because it did seem to help my PMS. I am 38 years old, and since I was 18 years old I have suffered from hormonal acne. I have done 3 times treatment with Roacutan and I have improved only up to 1 year. and always came back to acne. I have used Tretinoin cream for years, and it has helped my acne to get no worse but it has NOT taken it away, I always had at least 5 pimples on my face, the kind that take 1 month to heal and when they were healing they came out 5 more. those pimples that come from within, hurt and leave a scar. I decided to buy these pills, I read people's comments and I decided to risk buying it (what else could I lose, if I've been trying many things for years) and it turns out that 2 weeks after starting to take the pills the acne inflammation began to go down and it hasn't come out anymore. I have been free of acne for 1 week (I had not seen my face like this for many years) I will continue to update you when I have been taking these pills for 2 months. It's worth a try? This product has been a lifesaver! My hormones were so out of balance once I quit breastfeeding and I did not want to take birth control. My cycles are more normal and my skin has cleared up. The only reading I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price keeps going up which is disappointing.

After 3 weeks of taking 2 capsule a day per my acne got worst than ever. I have been experiencing irritability and mood swings which is unusual to me. It is very disappointed hoping that this product will make my look and feel better. However everything turned around and made it worst! I guess this product is not ment for me. I will highly discourage people taking this product. Sorry not sorry!

I had been taking Vitex for hormonal acne and PMS symptoms and had heard good things about DIM, so ordered this combo product - gave me terrible headaches and nausea for three days before discontinuing. I read that these side effects will usually go away in a few days to a week, but I can't be sick for a week while my body adjusts. Giving it three stars because the product itself is probably fine and seems to work for others; just be aware that these side effects are a possibility.

Seldom do I write a customer review, but I appreciate and recommend this product so much! I bought it to regulate my period since I prefer something safe and moderate instead of birth control or other pills with awful side effects. Let me tell you my situation and what happens during the first 5 days (yeah, just 5 days, unbelievable but I am right). Last year was my hard year, two of my relatives passed away before I came to the US to pursue my master degree. After coming here, I felt stressed due to academic study as well as the sadness deep in my heart. Also, my period sometimes goes irregular even if I do nothing bad for it. This month, unfortunately, perhaps because of the quarantine (I used to be a social animal and enjoy exercising), my period was delayed. I searched the product on Amazon and read the descriptions and ratings. This one seemed to be my resort to cure my problem! I took the pill as it's stated on the prescription, it's already worked! Although my period didn't come yet, I see my leucorrhea, and also found some indication of PMS (I have moderate PMS). I believe if I take this pill regularly, eating healthily and doing exercise at home, my period will come again! I am so glad, I will come back to write a reply when my period goes back!
