Love it
Works perfect. Easy installation. Sounds good. It’s been a few months and battery is still working. It was a great purchase. You can change the sound for each. UPDATE: it’s been a year and it’s working perfectly

Easy and Effective
I got this product for a small healthcare office. It works well to let the staff know that someone is needed somewhere without needing to leave the room or yell down the hall. There was no real installation other than plug it in the wall. Multiple ringtones are available, and the volume is adjustable. Satisfied with this purchase.

Works well for our small office environment
Works well for our small office application. One of six buttons did not work on arrival. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement quickly. Very happy with the purchase. Too soon to tell about battery life.

Great safety buttons
Easy to install, easy to use, nice tone changes & volume changes.

Short call button
These work well, but my only complaint is that they do not sound for very long. You get about 5 seconds of illumination tosbee which room is calling, and you can't choose tones for different rooms, which would be handy.

Stopped working
Buttons stopped working after less than a month. Not worth it

Doesn't retain memory of pushed buttons
Works decently well. Like other said, the setup is not clear at all. It is annoying that it will only flash the last button to be pushed. So if someone pushes "1" and you don't see it and then someone pushes "2", you will only have the 2 flashing with no indication that 1 was pushed. The last button pushed does flash for a very long time (I haven't found the end yet), but you won't know that something else was pushed before it. You just need to vigilantly watch for the flashes so you know which buttons were pushed. The sounds may help for this, but we are in a quiet environment so we cannot use the sound, just the lights.
