Love using fresh yeast in my baking. Great product.

Great product. I’ve been buying this fresh yeast for a while now for my breads. I keep it in the freezer and usually cut a piece (8g) that is needed and return the rest in the freezer. It keeps well. It smells like yeast should smell and it works great both in hand kneading breads as well as bread machines (put in the bottom of your bread machine followed by dry ingredients). Very pleased with this product and would recommend it.

Very good yeast, loaves rose well and quickly. Note half a block makes one medium size loaf.

I am buying it frequently. Very hood product. My dough is always perfect and growing quickly.

Got this but yeast was quite soft as the ice pack with it was well defrosted. Divided it up and put it in the freezer so I can take out as much as I need and it's still perfectly usable.

This is the best fresh yeast. Full stop. The seller ships fast and with an ice pack to keep it cold for as long as possible.

I can't get fresh yeast where I live, and this product is perfect, I have tried from frozen and perfect result, very, very happy customer

I have been buying this for awhile and the quality is usually very good but the use by dates are getting shorter this last order is just over 2 weeks .
