Setup is a bit tricky but eventually works
This hub was a bit tricky to connect to the blinds. It connected flawlessly to my network. However the blinds were impossible to connect to the hub at first. I had to eventually do a complete reset to factory of the hub (hold button for 6sec until red light comes on then unplug for 10sec and replug) then it magically came back to life and connected to the blinds right away !!! Connection and commands are now all set and working properly. It also connected to Alexa right away which was very convenient !
