Very nice lights!
The solar fence lights for outdoors are very nice; they make my fence look very pretty! I do wish they were brighter, but I guess their only purpose is for them to look fancy on my fence, and I was not looking for anything more, so they do the job! They have 3 different light tones that you can change and choose. Great for outdoors since they are waterproof and solar, so it's great because they charge by themselves with the sun. The battery is good enough for the night, good price for the quantity and quality!

Good Value
We really like these solar fence lights. They were easy to install and began working immediately. They give off just enough light to give ambiance to our yard. They charge well during the day. Overall, they’ve been a nice addition to our outdoor space, and we’d buy them again.

Good products but there's a but.
Bought this product based on the many good reviews. I wasn't sure but gave it a try since the price is affordable. Items arrived in good shape and box is properly wrapped and taped. So I started by charging under Texas sun immediately to use at night. Light spread is good from 6 ft fence post to bottom. I can see the walking path in back yard with ease and no worry to step on my dog poops anymore. These don't come with motion detection and battery life is good enough lasted about 6 to 7 hours into night mostly. But when winter comes I'm sure energy stored is less so less running time. Overall the unit look good, functional as I needed, sized not too small nor too big and served my purpose for the lumens output. Now comes the But. The only But I found is 1 of the light unit has short life span or may be it wasn't properly sealed. The specific bad unit was drenched in rain one night and stopped working the very next night. There rest of light are still working and that's why I can't give it a full set of stars. Thanks for reading.

Much better!
UPDATE! The seller reached out after roughly a week and offered another set of 8. They were shipped and showed up within two days. All 8 in the new set work perfectly. I'm not sure why the first set didn't perform but because of the customer service and the new working set we're back to 5 stars. Bought the 8 pack. Had these for about a week now. It's recommended they're charged for a minimum of 8 hours full sun. I don't have much shade in the yard but I made sure they were in full sun locations throughout the yard so they would receive a full charge. Right now they're getting a minimum of 10 hours full sunlight. First night all worked fine. Second night one didn't turn on. I inspected it. Solar panel was still clean so I hung it back up hoping one of my daughters may have pushed the button and turned it off. Later that night I went out and pressed the button multiple times thinking I'd be able to turn it back on. No such luck. Two nights later another one went down. Tried the same thing. Nothing. I took one off the fence thinking maybe I'd be able to open it up and maybe swap the battery out but I don't see a way to open it without wrecking the case. Maybe the screws are under the solar panel. Seems to be glued on pretty well. I've contacted the seller via Amazon product support. Third day and no response. The lights are sturdy. Not too bright. I'm not trying to light up the yard. Just a little background lighting. You get what you pay for I guess. Update: The lights turn on around 10pm. It's currently 3am. Two of the eight lights are currently still working. This is now a 1 star item.

Better than expected
So I've had these up for about a little over a week now, I wanted to wait before I put this review up until I had them going to see how they did. First off super impressed that Every single one of the 24 (3 boxes of 8) solar lights that I ordered worked straight out of the box (literally came charged). I thought for sure there would be at least one that would be bad. Definitely a nice surprise. They also appear to be pretty good quality, for what they are and for their cost. There's two options for mounting them, you can use the double-sided heavy duty tape that they send with it, or the screws that they send with it. I used the screws since they were going to be exposed to the weather pretty heavily. The screws are cheap but they send you a couple extras for when you strip them out LOL. I bought the white lights, so there's three settings. In the video you can see one of the lights is on the wrong setting, but it's also kind of helpful because you can see what one of the other settings looks like. There's a rubberish button on the bottom that you push, there's a white light, an old style yellowish light, and then a mixture of the two which is what we did for most of the yard except that one LOL. Anyway they're not going to light up your whole yard, but they light up a pretty good Circle at the base of every post. They charge even on the overcast days, and they seem to have lights on until morning. Since I've had them up we've had three days of rain, and the rest were days that were sunny and bright. They all still work after all the rain (and there was a lot of rain), and they still charged even though it was overcast and cloudy. One last thing that was a pleasant surprise is that some of my fence posts are a little crooked from some wind storms that we've had, and I was concerned that that would mess up the lighting. Amazingly it didn't. They all look really good even on the bent fence posts. Just wanted to throw that in there for all you guys that are about to go out there with your drill and put these things up. I'm going to wait here about another week, and if they're still going strong I will be buying another box to finish off the areas of the fence behind the shed and that I didn't get with the first 24. So far I recommend these lights, I will update this if anything changes, if you don't see an update, they're still working. I'm posting this on May 10th 2024. Edit * July 14th, they're still going strong! No change to the review, and we've had some pretty wild weather this summer that they survived! Still recommend!

Holds a charge, has decent light output, and looks good
I've had many bad experiences with low-cost solar lights for our patio. They were either too dim, didn't stay on longer than a couple hours, or didn't charge well in the sun. I have not had any of those negative experiences with these solar fence lights. I installed these lights about two months ago and am very satisfied. All of the lights work. There were no "duds" in the pack. They fully charge every day, even though two of the lights only receive a few hours of partial sun. Perhaps most impressive is that when I wake up at 5:00 a.m. when it's dark outside, the lights are still glowing. A little dimmer than earlier in the evening, but still putting out light. For full disclosure, I live in Southern California where the sun is bright and strong. Your mileage may vary if you live in a less sunny area or have frequent cloudy days.

Nice when they work.
I don't know about the durability. I started with a set of 8. They worked well for two weeks so I purchased another 8. Out of a total of 16, 1 has completely failed. Two others don't last long and are substantially dimmer now than when I installed them a scant month and a half ago. I have not opened one up to see if moisture has caused them to stop working or not. It is not an issue with sunlight availability. All the other lights are on the same fence line and have the same exposure to the sun which is pretty much all day. I have three on my deck and those have far less sunlight available, yet they continue working all night. The remaining working ones still work all night long and shut off only when the sun has risen. I am impressed with how long the battery lasts when it works properly. I am using the lowest setting. I am planning on taking down the defective ones and doing a little research as to why they are no longer working. Either they leaked water, the solar cell has gone bad, or the batteries are bad. The units appear to be sealed and at a quick glance I did not notice any way to open them easily, meaning they are disposable devices. I may post what I discover later. I like the ambiance they provide down the fence line at night, but now I have gaps, so it is not as pleasing. Given that 3 died (19%) within two months, I'm not certain if they are worth it. Maybe I will get replacements or just try to find another manufacturer. That may all hinge on how difficult it will be to get the two-sided mounting tape off.
