Buy it,I take it with my smoothies in the evening2 to 3 hours later I am engorge and I gotta pump throughout the night like every 3hrs max or my breast will be bumpy and painful1tbsp a day is enough,unless you have time to pump which my newborn doesn't let me do.

I’m 6 months postpartum and I have been using it since the beginning of breastfeeding. I use it from time to times when my supplies getting insufficient. Using this supplement along with exclusively pumping (every 3 hours) really works! And when you get used to the flavor it’s actually delicious. I simply stir it in milk or yogurt.

I love this brand yeast, it’s a bit pricy compared to others but it works for me. I saw an increased (2-3oz) in two days. I take one tbsp in the morning and night. I would sprinkle it on my food ( meat, rice, anything) this will mask the taste. At night I would make my tea (almond milk, chamomile tea bag, honey and coconut oil) and add some in it. I would be heavily engorge by midnight where I have to pump and then engorged again by morning. The taste and texture it just fine, it does settle so stir well as you drink. I ordered another pack and also another brand to test the difference.

I really couldn’t tell you if it actually boosted my supply but it was a nice added supplement to put my mind at ease. I think it helped with my gut health but it tastes absolutely terrible.

I’ve been using this along with increased pumping since I noticed a drop in my milk supply. It’s been a week and I haven’t noticed a significant increase…will try for another week or so.Be warned: it tastes AWFUL

I use this when I was breast-feeding trying to get my milk supply up. I would add it to oatmeal or mix it and water. It definitely helped.

Although I can't be certain , I'm pretty sure this does boost my milk supply so I will continue to use it in my morning oatmeal ! It doesn't seem to change the flavor of my oatmeal so that's good too
