Well first of all, I didnt know that someone would turn The Minion into a WiFi Access Point Router instead of a plain boring router so FIVE STARS for that company in South Korea!!! I also didn't know that you can create FOUR private networks separately for 2.4GHz and 5GHz (so Four ssid of 2.4GHz and Four ssid of 5GHz) thats equal to 8 Private networks in total like woah because most wifi mesh/access points or extender that I see only allows you to create only two ssid. The wifi 6 speed is actually very fast and low pings for gaming, streaming and working. I get around like 1200 Mbps for both download speed and upload speed if I'm closer to the router but if I'm downstairs, I actually get around like 288-600 Mbps upload and 864 download. Other than that, I have no problems yet.

Amazing how good this router is as a dedicated AP for VR. Flawless connection at both 5GHz and 6GHz. Able to run my Quest 3 at 2400mbps on 6GHz. 500mbps on H264+ visual clarity is amazing. The splashpage is also Minions themed and is funny to look at.

UPDATE: Customer service finally contacted me, apologized, and explained the delay in replying. They ran a test and found out it was an automatic update that crashed the router. I turned off auto-updating, and the routers have been running great since then. I have updated my review due to their response and assistance. I will admit they are fast routers and have improved my network. Also, the process to run one router as your main and the second as a mesh router is very simple and easy. It reminds me of the Netgear Orbi router process. I bought two, and they worked great for a while, but then the main router started rebooting repeatedly. It never stopped rebooting, no matter what I did. They may look cute, but they are toys and not trustworthy routers. I contacted the company, and after over a week, I have not received a reply. I gave them a chance to offer assistance on why their router was not working, but they chose to ignore me. So keep in mind that if you purchase this router, you will be on your own if anything goes wrong.

This is no joke! Didn't let the cute design fool you! This was the best purchase I made to improve the Internet! This router allowed you to set up 7+ different logins to lower traffic and increase speed you can combine the bands or run separate 2.4 5 and 6e bands. This is the best ever routers.

Great router. One of the best I have ever had. And it is also super duper fun!

I bought this one to offload our main router since this has 6ghz band plus we live in apartment so it is worth it. It loads faster using 6ghz band. Be aware that wall/s are the weakness of 6ghz band. i am just 3 to 5 meters outside with just one wall obstacle made of stone and the down speeds affected severely, for wood wall with the same distance works like magic.
