A great aromatic loose tea. I was introduced to it by my late husband who was Persian. The color is rich. It can be pricey, but well worth it.

Persian style Earl Grey is *always* very bergamot forward. Extracting the oil, coating the tea leaves in it? Makes for a Delicious, zesty, cup of tea. I find that a gentle touch of honey is the ideal sweetener. I drink mine iced and hot. It never disappoints! And the citrus zing is glorious. There is one thing to mention - this tea is packed Tight in the container! Consequently, you might want a finer mesh strainer than you normally use for loose tea like this.

This is an absolutely delicious aromatic tea infused with flavor. A little goes a long way. It's probably a tea that needs "taste bud" development since the flavor is unusual. My first cup was 3 yrs ago, and I remember saying wow! My 2nd cup was less enthusiastic as I wanted a strong cup of tea...I made it too strong and it was overpowering. Now I use maybe 1/2 tsp/ mugful. Have given this to tea lover friends and they are hooked.
