Not as well made as I expected
Not as strong as I thought they would be. They are supposed to be kicking hobbles but the ring on the neck broke second time I used them allowing the mare to kick my stallion.

Marginally effective/usefull
It’s really difficult to buckle around the hocks. The nylon straps “kink” at one point, around the inner hock area, and are quite difficult to secure. The buckles are not as smooth ( or enclosed/padded - suggestion) as one might think they would be. Unless you really tighten them down (more than any of our mares will allow), they will fall down at some point during movement. During breeding, neck collar came loose. There is no keeper sleeve for the loose end after the buckle.
