5.5 Inch Megalodon (Carcharodon megalodon) tooth, Ivory Color with Serrations(Replica)

Really cool tooth and bigger than I expected. Buried in my yard and had my 6 year old dig it up and he is convinced that it is real!

I bought my nephew one of these because he love sharks and shark week. He was so thrilled when he received it. I was amazed at the quality and detail of this replica. Shipping was faster than expected. It is an awesome piece to have displayed in your home. Oh....I bought myself one and proudly display it on my fire place. You will not be disappointed!

I purchased this for my nephew who developed a fascination for shark teeth this past summer after a trip to Florida. I have purchased fossils - skulls, teeth, etc. - from other companies in the past. I was unfamiliar with Prehistoric Planet Store, but, for the price, I thought I would give them a try and I was not disappointed. The quality is excellent and made from durable resin. The attention to detail is also very good. If I didn't already have a Megalodon tooth, I just might keep this one for myself!

I looked at a lot of different 'Meg' teeth on E Bay n Amazon n I was under the impression that I was NOT ordering a replica- which is what I received n was clearly labeled as such, when I got package. I also don't 'remember' ordering a Black tooth, but I cud b wrong on that, but I had thought I had ordered one like in picture above- ivory colored bottom n brownish 'root' area? The tooth is very cool n it did come promptly. I really can't fault the sender, but I DO think people shud label their products better, by spelling out REPLICS in all caps or Bold print or SOMETHING different than they do- check the fine print on ad n if not sure n the price is reasonable for ur tooth.....its most likely a Replica.

Size was good but too obviously not a genuine tooth. Will keep it for my grandson, he's 7 and into sharks, but bought a real tooth and stand for myself

My five year old shark enthusiast is CONVINCED this is a Daddy megalodon tooth, no matter what I say. The details on this thing are incredible - it's got great weight to it, it *feels* so real, down to the tiny saw edges on the tooth, and hell, it really does look like the real thing! And he needs both hands to hold it! He is so excited to take it for kindergarten show and tell tomorrow. He is thrilled! I feel like the best mom ever!!!
