This were surprisingly more robust than I thought. They weighed a good amount and are durable. They pop out consistently and get you a great pump. I don’t use them everyday but for certain exercised I really like them. They fit the machines at my local gym perfectly. I think these are great value for the price.

I have two different types of these pins now; this pair and another pair that I thought I had lost. I bought these as a replacement because they were available on amazon and I just wanted a fast replacement. The plastic on these seems a little more flimsy, and the metal pin itself is a lot thinner and much longer than my previous pair. An unexpected benefit of this turned out to be I could now fit this set into different cable machines that my other ones with a more standard pin size couldnt. They work as intended and make my muscles hurt good. Can't say much more about them
