We do have a metal crate (bars at least where the chain is used to reinforce) and that can be very loud as you’d expect when taking it on and off. I also noticed it has started to rust from the grinding on the metal contact but it is still intact and not peeling so the material is good. The main goal for us is that our dog is secure/safe and our home is unharmed after a day at work lol

I ordered these to reinforce a chain link fence in front of our townhouse. They are perfect! I ordered 3 and only ended up using 2, but that's okay, we will have an extra. They are sturdy and cost very little to help us feel a bit more secure. The length was exactly what I needed, but I think you can order different sizes to suit your needs.

I needed to use for fence that pops open, the hooks make it easy to clip on and off. I did add additional hook, to account for the winter rain, and ensure that clip does not rust shut. But all in all good size and sturdiness for my needs.

If you have a large dog like me that likes to push the fence open with his weight then this is the product that will keep the gate from opening.

Perfect size easy to use

Works good. As described. I use it for my chain link dog kennel gate. It is very helpful in keeping my escape artist pup from escaping when I make him stay outside for a little while during the day.

I actually thought that the chain was going to be a little thicker than what it was. However I used it to secure something else so it worked out fine

I use it as a key chain, it is not so wide, works perfectly! I bought $25 key chain before this one and it got tangled a few times a day! I got tired of it and I am very happy with this one.

Works a treat in lifting my bin lids up when I open the bin enclosure lid.

Dont use this for locking actual valuables, easy to break a link. Alright for other purposes like pulling (not too heavy)
