Comes as advertised
It was super easy to put together! We got it for our son for his birthday last year and it’s still holding up and holding a charge! It’s been a great scooter

Faulty equipment
The media could not be loaded. Though this was a great deal, was so excited for my daughter to finally get her scooter, then it happened the throttle sticks, and bad flipping my daughter on her back and twisting her ankle... Hopefully this is just a freak acident and it was a manufacturer's defect. But this needs to be addressed.

Our 13yr old loved the color and lights! Updated
The media could not be loaded. Update: Dropping to 2 stars since we can no longer charge the scooter after 3 charges. It is actually not the scooter that went out but the charger. There is suppose to be a light on the chargers transformer and it doesn't light up or charge the scooter anymore. I was able to use charger from another scooter we had to charge this one.We got this for our daughter's 13th birthday and she absolutely loves it! It is just the right size for her and she loved the color and the lights. The reason I took off a star is that the fit and finish of the handlebars were not that great. You have to put the two grip bars on by sliding it over a handle and tightening the an Allen screw. The problem is that the holes would just not line up. I had to grind the end of the piece of metal parts that you see in the picture so that the handle would go in deep enough for the Allen head to fit in the hole that you see. Other than that the scooter works great. It does have some shocks in the front, I just don't know how functional they are due to the angle in which they installed them. They look cool though!

The Kid LOVES it, that's what counts
Personally, I think it's a little fast for a "Kid", but then again, everyone has a different idea of what a "Kid" is, LOL .... This is above an entry-level scooter, but not quite what a Teen would want, it really takes off smoothly (which is good) but gets moving a bit fast for say your 6 year old who wants her own new scooter.THAT said, I am "That Guy" who had MY kids on 70cc dirtbikes and Kitty Cat Snowmobiles at 6yrs old - I'm just trying to judge how people are NOW compared to then. Only YOU know your childs capabilities, so again, if You think they can handle a scooter that's a step above a "Kiddie" model and not yet a full-blown E-scoot, this is a decent, lower-end option. All in all, my niece does pretty good on it (she's a very timid 7yrs old but her Dad and Mom both work in offices so she hasn't had a ton of day-to-day raising, experience, or independence) - SHE is happy with it, they are terrified, so all in all in MY opinion it's going to be a good learning toy for her. I personally grew up in a world without helmets but my kids all had at least basic protection (and of course, still broke a bone or two here and there as I did) so of course, i will toss in the BUY A HELMET TOO as i give this beginner scooter a decent rating.OH - the battery life is only "so-so" (maybe 20-30min of hard riding) which is good to avoid fatigue-related mistakes or accidents, plus gives You time to stop supervising and go have fun yourself between charges (which is about an hour and 45min)

No seller info cannot claim warranty. Quite decent so far
I was quite astonished when I saw lifetime warranty on the webpage info about the scooter. Is this true. I looked over everything in the manual and scooter, nothing about the seller. Not even an email. I tested the scooter a few times, so far OK. quite decent. I am worry if it might breakdown after a few months? This scooter is good for kids, attractive lights, not much speed, but this is good for safety. The suspensions have to be adjusted in order to function. It helps but don't expect it can too big a bump.

Won’t charge
Used it once, but now it won’t charge. Tried multiple outlets. Scooter just turns on and shows low battery. Very disappointing for my son.
