Does this bubblegum stick to dentures?

unfortunately yes, I have a partial and it's like sticky taffy as soon as you try chewing it. It has a good flavor but it's really bad for any kind of dental device.

Are the six individually packaged or wrapped?

Each gum is sealed with the label. The 6-gums are wrapped together, and if you removed the plastic wrap from the 6...just imagine the box in the store next to a cash register.
