Packaging poor
Product fine but cardboard envelope not sturdy enough to prevent the bottle being squashed and the product squirting out.

My hair really likes this product, and it smells good too. It makes my hair feel soft (not too soft that I can’t style) and healthy. My hair is thin and tends to be on the normal to dry side.
