este producto si funciona para quitar el deseo de comer mas de lo devido. aparte qur controla el niver de azucar. This product really works to curb the urge to overeat. Besides that, it controls blood sugar levels, among other benefits.

it does not blend in water well. and tastes horrible, the texture is all types of off lol. and i dont see the benefits nor feel it, but i couldn’t even get past the taste to be consistent 😭
