Nice and vinegary
I am not a huge fan of mayo, but I do like white bbq sauce. And I like my white bbq sauce to be tangy. This fits the bill. It's tangy with a nice hit of vinegar. I added some to a Beyond Burger, and it was great on that. This will be a great dip for onion rings and fried pickles mixed with a little ketchup for a version of Comeback sauce and if you add some chopped pickles, it'll be a good stand-in for remoulade sauce for me. I'll find lots of uses for this sauce. Be aware this is not the slightest bit sweet, so if you don't like tangy sauces, this will not be one for you unless you add sweetener. I love the tang, and I'm pleased with the product. I would--and will--reorder. *Second review for Georgia Sweet Heat* I usually shy away from thick, sweet sauces as they are just too much for me (we prefer tangier sauces like the Alabama White or Carolina Gold), but I decided to try this one recently. To my surprise--even though it's thick and sweet--it's peppery enough to counter some of that sweetness. It's mildly spicy, and the flavor is really quite good. I mixed it with Alabama White, and it made a great dipping sauce for chicken nuggets. I will buy this one again. **one additional for the Tennessee Smoke and Whiskey** I didn't care for this one. I love smoky stuff, but the whiskey gave this a funky taste for me. It's worth noting that I don't like Tennessee whiskey, so this was not an unexpected pass for me. I had hoped it would be less noticeable and was willing to give it a shot since I really like the others I've tried. If you like whiskey and sweet sauces, this is probably right up your alley.

Look out for the expiration date
It was pretty good, I liked the flavor of it. I guess you’ll have to do what I did and read the description and reviews and roll the dice. Would I buy it again? Maybe. What ticked me off was the expiration date was a month away from the time I received it. For a different use, try it on a salad.

Yuck! But then, with a certain bias
I like Bookbinders. And certain similar tartar sauces. With Duke's I figured out the issue. I'm picky about mayonnaise. Though I've become less particular there, I detest Miracle Whip... and anything made with it it physically hard to swallow. Tartar sauce is essentially dill pickle and mayonnaise. Duke's is a tartar sauce in the same basic ingredient tree as Miracle Whip. Thus I found it disgusting; had bought a 12 pack from Amazon which I've given away to others without my bias, stocked up on Bookbinders and happily moved on.
