Fitment was perfect
Easy to use. Straight forward operation and seems to be built better then OEM. I’m sure this will last for years to come.

Perfect replacement
Wasn't hard to disassemble my old fob and put the guts into this one. Now it's good as new!

Excellent replacement for OEM fob shell
An easy replacement for a fob shell that we had lost the back cover for. As others suggested there are YouTube videos that assist with disassembly / assembly of the old. My car is a 2006 Honda Odyssey. I found a video by DANDLINC that went step by step. Very helpful.I did have a little trouble getting the new fob snapped close but finally got everything lined up and it snapped securely. Only wish I had take the opportunity to put a fresh battery in first.Everything works perfectly with the new fob shell.

Poor QA
This FOB shell replacement is subpar. It doesn't need to be as good in terms of quality as OEM, but I expect a direct fit without modifications required. The battery retaining frame is missing a notch which causes some loose wiggle (ok not so bad). However, the silicone button cover has a loose flap that wasn't properly removed during manufacturer. This cases the board to not properly nest inside, which means you can't snap the FOB closed, until you trim that piece off. Also, the FOB oddly has the EXACT (down to the .01mm) button size. However, the cut outs for the buttons are sloppy. Notice how on the new fob the top right (lock) and bottom right (right door) are the same size buttons, but the cut out for the top is larger. If you compare this with the OEM original, the cut outs are exactly the proper size for the key. (I compared the buttons themselves, it's the cutouts on the shell that are off. The new buttons are sized exactly correct.)This may not matter much for many people, but if you go to the beach, tight tolerances help keep sand out. Generally, anything outdoors means you have less to worry about any particle worming its way inside and making a button sticky or stuck.
