Not new

This item is not new, but rather well used. Miner scratches and smells weird, like it has been in a house with people who smoke or something. Also, the head did not seem to come out as far as it should when it sings. I have many other fish and animals of this kind and I expected new at this price. But at least it came quickly and is not in poor shape.
