Needed something that can store some toys and books but also serve as a little desk for my 7 year old. this is perfect for her room. Wish it was slightly higher but all in all great purchase

Cheap pressed wood made in china, heavy paint/coating fumes and lasted a few weeks before one of my kids climbed into and snapped it in half. Normal Chinese chemical junk that’s not good for kids nor does it have the longevity for kids. Assembly is crap because it’s the same Chinese assembly cheap crap with soft/rough cast screws and twist nuts with wood dowel pegs.

I needed a place to keep my daughters toys contained - out of sight was my goal, and this met the mark. The size is perfect for my living room under my wall mounted TV stand and the quality is great. It feels really sturdy and I love the look of it. Overall I think it’s a great buy; worth it.

I'll start with the good. The product is as expected. Wood pieces with assembly required. Instructions could be a little more clear but no hit from me there. Happy with the product. Customer support is good as well ill get to that later. Quality control needs a lot of work. I was missing 2 pieces. One piece was a structural piece on the bottom so i couldn't put it together until i got that piece because it needs this piece for support. After getting that piece and assembling the product i found out i had 2 bottom pieces and no top piece. This would bring my total time waiting for pieces to about 2 weeks. First of all if your missing pieces do not go through amazon. They want you to return the entire thing and order it again. Just contact the seller directly. They are quick to respond and will ship you the individual piece your missing. Customer support is good for this product.
