Umbria: The Heart of Italy (Armchair Traveller)

I was born in Umbria. I lived in Umbria almost all life long. Alas, in this book there are many things I ignored, even when they are 10 miles or so from my home. But, above all, I am impressed by what this lady captured of our land and our people. She has a house in Umbria, not mentioning exactly where, but probably in Spoleto or near Spoleto and after living some years there, he caught us, Umbrian, with our pants down. Our vices, our virtues are there, in an accurate description of our cities and villages (and countriyard).
