Professional Golf Grip Kits for Regripping– Optional 5oz/7.1oz/7.4oz Grip Solvent, Pro/Standard Hook Blade, 15/20/30 Grip Tapes and Rubber Vise Clamp

Just be careful with the angle of the hook blade, I put a nice scratch in my graphite shaft because I had it pointed way too far downward. Tape and new grip covered it right up, so not really worried about it. It was my first time and a learning experience. I can't imagine paying someone else to re-grip clubs after using the kit twice now. If you've watched any videos, the only thing missing from this kit would be a drip tray to capture and re-use the solvent that drips off. I used a small parts tray under the club. Hook blade - very sharp, works well, not 100% foolproof. Scraper - worked perfectly, did not damage either of the 2 shafts I've used it on so far. Tape - easy to apply, seems to be holding the new grips nicely. Vice grip insert - worked perfectly with a small clamp vise on my desk. Solvent/mineral spirits - large bottle, seems like it will last a long time. Spray top has a safety on it. Microfiber cloth - just a nice little extra. decent microfiber. I think when the tapes run out, I'll order the dispenser and the roll.

I have done grips several times in the past, so I know what I'm doing. But I've always used the tape roll. The strips make it very easy. Remove the tape white backing that has the slit down the middle and is "smaller". Apply that to the club, leaving the larger brown backing on to get the tape nice and secure. Then remove the brown backing, spray in the solution, then slip the grip on. Other reviewers were saying the blade knife was cheep and flimsy. Yes it does feel cheep, but I had no issues with it what so ever. It was very very sharp so I didn't have to apply much pressure on it all to cut the old grip. It cut like butter for me. Also some people were saying they were not sure if there was going to be using enough solution. Man, they must be wasting it then. 5oz of solution is enough to 30-45+ clubs when spraying it. I did 5-6 full sprays onto the tape, and 5-6 full sprays into the grip. That was plenty. Grip slipped right on. After I did 12 grips, I still had 60-70% of the bottle left. If you get a solution bottle that has a poor tip, then more is used and wasted. Thats why I got this kit because it was a spray bottle.

Great complete kit to change your own grips! This was the first time I've ever changed my own and was able to successfully remove my old grips and install new grips on 10 of my clubs. The supplied tape seems to be sized perfectly, and the included solvent and spray bottle makes it easy to ensure you've got all of the tape and insides of the grips covered. Solvent is also good for softening and removing your old grip tape. I did also use rubbing alcohol (not included) on the shafts after removing the old tape to ensure all residue was removed, before applying new tape. Took about 10-15 minutes per club to remove and install new grips. I'd also recommend a portable vice clamp, if you don't already have one, as it makes holding the club in place much easier. Everything is great, although the solvent doesn't come with a spray tip. You end up wasting a decent amount, small inonvenience and otherwise everything was great.

Glad I bought it. Works as advertised Easy to use & easy directions to follow Regripped all of my clubs in an afternoon. Plenty of solvent left after I finished. I have enough left to do more clubs too. Great price & buy for a DIYer!

As a beginner, I needed to regrip my golf clubs so this kit is everything you need. The knife is sharp and easy to cut the old grip and the tapes are excellent as well as the spray bottle. I had to regrip a total of 8 and the bottle is still in 75%. Make sure you take off the old tape and put in the new tape which is easy to install then this is the most important part which is to spray a lot of that solution on the shaft and inside the grip so it can slide easily. If you feel that the grip is being hard to slide in in the middle, slide it back out and make sure you spray a lot of that solution again and then put the grip back in. I had no problems at all and that was my first timer.

I’m a hands on kind of guy. I had no problem with the install kit on 12 new JumboMax grips with this kit. Knife blade is low quality but it cut my golf pride grip with no problem. I found that I like the golf club vice grip. I would buy again.

Excellent golf club re-gripping set comes with exactly what you need to replace your grips from home! I was completely inexperienced with re-gripping however having watched a few videos online, it looked quite straightforward so purchased this set to give it a go myself. Blade is super sharp so does an excellent job of removing existing grip from club, then the grip tape is very easy to apply and and spray solution works a treat! Have had no issues with adhesion and once on, the new golf grips appear to be firmly in place

Mit diesem Set ist es wirklich super einfach einen Golfschlägergriff zu wechsel, war mein erster. Ich habe meinem alten Putter einen Super Stroke Mid slim Griff "gegönnt". Zum Inhalt: -Anleitung, durchaus verständlich, wenn auch nicht immer grammatikalisch perfekt - Häkchenmesser, nach Art eines Teppichmessers, etwas schmaler Griff, aber ging wie Butter durch den alten Griff - Lösungsmittel mit Pumpkopf - Klebestreifen, mit geteilter Schutzrückseite, gut zu platzieren - Tuch, nice to have - Gummigriff für den Schaft, gibt mehr Halt, ich brauchte keinen Schraubstock - Eine Art Meißel, vor Kopf scharf zum Entfernen des alten Klebestreifen. Dieser ist absolut hochwertig und das beste an dem Set. Ohne das Teil wäre das Entfernen des alten Klebestreifen echt nervig geworden, Top Teil ! Das Wechseln hat insgesamt knapp 20 Minuten gedauert, für mein erstes Mal finde ich das top. Zum Langzeithalt kann ich (noch) nichts sagen, aber da bin ich ganz zuversichtlich, es gab da noch nicht viel negatives zu. Viel Erfolg auf der Runde !
