Well I have used this product for 3 weeks . 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening with Lukewarm water , 30 mins of exercise daily and have also restricted my diet by having only healthy food and avoiding sweets and other sugar containing items . I don't feel it works without dieting. Have taken for 1 month but no loss of weight. Hope the fat is burning off. Wiill take for 2 more months to see if it has effectiveness. But no after effects so that's good.
