Nike Women's Flex Trainer 4 Sneaker

I just received these shoes. I bought the maroon and copper. They look great! I was able to remove the insole and replace it with a Vionic insole and there is enough room. I wear a women size 12 M. The length is as expected. The curve of the toe box is such that is will accommodate a longer second toe without hitting the end/top of the shoe. The medium width is as expected. I however, wear a bunion gel on my left foot. This makes the shoe a little snug on the left foot. I have read in previous reviews that these shoes loosens up after wearing awhile so I hope that is the case. The right shoe width is comfortable. These do not squeak when you walk/run, they are quiet unlike other Nikes I have purchased. So far, a comfortable, attractive running shoe.

This is the best sneakers Nike has ever made. The quality, durability, look and comfort do not compare to any other sneakers!

i have been wearing nike for years. I have some foot issues and was told to try a couple different brands. After trying 3 or 4 and returning them because they were horrible i went back to nike. Comfortable, fits as expected, decent support. My only grief with it is that the tongue is rather fat...i am not used to that, previous nike shoes did not seem to be this fat. Other than that is fine for me. I wear a 9 1/2 and got that.

I purchased these Nike Women's Downshifter 9 Sneaker in December and wear them every day at work. I work on my feet all day and these sneakers still are like brand new they have not worn out at all. The price was right and the comfort is superb! I would absolutely purchase these same sneakers again. They not only are fashionable, they are very comfortable, the fit was right on, and the price was right!

By far my favorite sneakers I've ever owned. They're extremely lightweight but sturdy and well-made. They're definitely for training/light cardio more so than running, so if you're looking for a running shoe you may want to check out another option. For my purposes (light cardio, lifting, box jumps, etc.), they work great. I have a very high arch and these shoes fit comfortably and provide support. I don't see these wearing out anytime soon but if they do, I'll just grab another pair. The cost was very reasonable compared to other Nike trainers.UPDATE 3/2/16: I still love these, they have held up really well despite daily use, and they are extremely easy to clean after a hike or outdoor workouts etc.

I wear these shoes for HIIT workouts, weight lifting and workout classes. They are so light and comfortable! I was pleasantly surprised for the cost! I usually wear heavier, running shoes and I'm so happy I tried something new. I ordered 8 Wide, based off others reviews and I'm glad I did. I normally wear size 8 or 8.5 and the 8 fit perfect. I would suggest playing with the shoe laces and shoe tongue to get your perfect fit. I initialy thought the fit hurt the top of my foot, but after multiple adjustments, it fits like a glove, so don't get mad like I did when I first put them on.

These sneakers are very cute and relatively comfortable. I did feel they could be a bit bigger. I normally wear 6.5 and the 6.5 was a tad small but I think 7 may have been too big or perhaps just right. I think arch support could be better. Within about 2 hours of walking around an amusement park my right foot arch felt sore. The bottom of my toes also felt a bit sore.I particularly like the laces - they're fairly short so you can tie the laces in front and still have a sleek look without big floppy laces.

These have great support, and are so comfortable, great for walking or whatever exercise you do. I love Nike anyway, so trying a new model of Nike was easy. It fits like all Nikes do, and I got a fun color for the first time. So many compliments!!
