Perfect for the portable sauna!
We recently got a portable sauna and I knew that some disposable sheets would be a must for us to use in it. These are perfect - they’re the perfect size and they work well. We haven’t used them long enough to determine if they speed up weight loss when using them yet, but I can tell that they’re working because of how much I perspire when using them in the sauna. I love the convenience of these and I’m impressed with how many came in this package. They are very handy and the fact that they’re disposable makes them easy to manage - no extra laundry to worry about which means I have a little more downtime - that makes these worth every penny (and then some). I am glad I went with this brand and I highly recommend them!

Great size for wrap
I have used this in my sauna because I think it's more effective when you sweat profusely. This sheet does just that. I previously used something similar after a massage to hold the moisture in after applying lotion. These sheets are large and relatively thick. They cover most of me with just my head and toes poking out. These sheets aren't completely clear, but more like translucent. These can come in handy for many reasons and I am glad I ordered these. This large pack will last me for a month or so, but the price is reasonable enough to reorder.

Great for infrared sauna blankets
I got these to line the inside of my infrared sauna blanket because I sweat a lot in the blanket and it's so much easier to throw away these plastic sheets than to clean the blanket every time. These aren't especially thick which I like because I want the benefits of the sauna to be as effective as possible. We just got a sauna tent, too and these sheets are fantastic to wrap around my body when I sit in there for a sweat session. Fifty sheets are a good value for the price. If you have a sauna or a sauna blanket, these are perfect.

Cheap thinness plastic I’ve ever seen and full of static.
This plastic is so thin and cheap it’s hard to get it to lay flat and it clings to you when trying to cover yourself with it. A clear trash/recycle bag would be much better than this!. It’s hard to work with to thin. Think of the cheapest plastic bag you’ve ever seen and picture it even cheaper

Just a tarpaulin
This product is as described but I can't see the difference between this and a hardware store tarpaulin, which makes these a really good value since (IIRC) those sell at about 3 for $7... but I'm not sure. Anyway, this plastic is large enough to rap yourself fully and thick enough not to rip during use. It should work fine for most people.

Perfect For Mud Wrap
I ordered these specifically for doing at home mud wraps with clay and they work perfectly. The clay I use isn't meant to get dry and cakey and this keeps is soft and damp so I can easily rinse the mud off. I step into the bag first, its quite large and then begin to apply the mud, not to avoid a mess, but to make it easier . You can also use the bag to take off the excess mud inside the bag before rinsing, again the bag is large and it makes it easy.

Neat Sauna Pads
The sauna bags are great. They are nice and long, they don’t tear easily, and they work well. They are very easy to manage.

They do what they are supposed to do, but...
I purchased these to use with a sauna blanket, and they do increase the amount you sweat, but I thought they were kind of hard to use. I'm kind of an average sized guy and they just seemed to be a bit small. The plastic is very thin which made if difficult to get it to stay in place when trying to zip up the sauna blanket. The problem seemed to be that they were to small to cover both the top and bottom sides of the bag and get them to stay put. Every time I tried to zip up the bag the plastic sheet got twisted or pulled in a weird way that left parts of me outside the plastic. To solve the problem I had to start using two of them, one on top and one on the bottom. Not as efficient as I'd like, but it works. The package came with a lot of them and it's nice that they are disposable. Overall, they do what they are supposed to do, make you sweat, but I came away wishing they were just a bit larger to make them easier to use.
