Can be a little tricky to put together
It’s a fantastic little sled. I just wish it had a rope on the front to tow but we added that

Let it Snow…Lets go!
This sled is ready for winter! Please let it snow. The sled assembled quick and looks to be made well.

Not worth the money
The only reason this gets 2 stars is because I actually have a product that functions as a sled. The instructions are 95% useless. Decipher them the best you can and use the picture to get an idea of how it's supposed to be assembled. There are two holes on the handle that I can't put bolts through because they are half a hole off. Hopefully the two bolts that did get installed will be enough to hold it. The wrench that comes with the fasteners does not fit either of the two different sizes nuts.

Very, Very Difficult to Put together
I don't want to take away from how great this sled is because it has a very strong build, the graphics are awesome, and it should last a very long time. However, on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the hardest, it is a solid 10 regarding difficulty in putting together. The company would have been better off charging a little more and fully assembling this sled in the factory before sending it to you. A lot of the different components did not line up perfectly and I had to DIY some of it. I suggest using your own Allen wrenches and sockets. The included directions are just a step above useless because it is not extremely detailed. It is more of a trial and error in putting it together because the pictures are not extremely clear. If someone puts this sled together wrong, it could prove to be dangerous. Besides an hour and half of frustration trying to put it together, it really is a great sled and worthy of getting. I already had my adult daughter sit on it inside of our house because there isn't any snow outside. I weigh over 240 lbs and also tried sitting on it, I felt as if the sled was very sturdy and could hold my weight. In the description it says that you can steer this, there are no moving components so I'm not sure if they mean that you steer by leaning the sled. However, don't think that the front sleds turn. It seems to be sturdy enough that if someone had a 4 wheeler that they could pull it behind their unit with a strong rope without the sled pulling apart. The rivets are heavy duty and done very well. I couldn't imagine them pulling away from the material, which is something I was initially concerned about when I saw it in the pictures. I highly recommend, but realize that you a lot of work ahead of you.

Sturdy and unique sled, comfortable to sit on
I ordered this sled so we could use it on a big hill on our property this Winter, but, we barely had any snow this year. Because there was so little snow, we only got to use this for a couple runs. It was fun to ride! When I first took this out of the box, I was surprised that it wasn't assembled. Nowhere (that I saw) in the item description did it state that assembly was required. I was hoping to use this right out of the box. Plan to spend some time on the assembly. While I normally don't mind assembling things, I had my husband put this one together. The components of this sled are all top-notch. The metal frame is plenty heavy-duty - it held my 200lbs husband with no problems. The listing states it has a powder-coated finish, but the color scratches and chips rather easily, so not sure if it is actually painted or powder-coated. Regardless, the orange, black, blue and white color scheme is catchy and looks great! The illustrated instructions are straightforward, and all the hardware is neatly marked and vacuum sealed. There was no extra hardware included, so don't lose any bolts, washers, or nuts! Assembly was time-consuming though. My husband (who has Ninja-level DIY, fabrication, and assembly skills) committed to using the supplied hex wrench and thin stamped steel wrench for this review, and it took him 50 minutes on his own. He said if he had used a cordless drill, ball-end hex wrench, and socket set, he could shave that time in half. The sled scoots down the hill with little friction and tracks straight as an arrow. The mesh seat is comfy and cushions out the bumps. There is no steering, so you need to drag a foot to change course, but gravity will show you the quickest way downhill. One concern is the plastic ski material that feels rather flimsy. Not sure how long they will last, especially if the sled is ran across bare spots, or dragged across a parking lot to get to the truck. For the price ($199.99 at time of this review) I would expect this sled to last for at least one generation. Overall, this should be a great sled for kids, but they need to be able to heft it back up the hill. Weighing in at 16 lbs, it's no lightweight compared to carrying a simple plastic or foam sled uphill all day. I took 1 star off due to the high price, thin skis, and hefty weight.

Super slick sled!
This sled is super slick and sturdy once assembled. It is a pain to assemble and took 2 adult men about an hour of yanking and pulling and tweaking to get it together. My advise is to loosely assemble everything but only barely tighten everything until all pieces are on. There is a lot of tension between the parts and you need some give in order for everything to fit in the right place. Once the initial bolts are all in place, then you can go back and tighten it all up. The front handles are NOT for steering like I thought they were- the only way to steer this is by leaning but that is not very effective. It pretty much just goes straight so don't be deceived by what looks like a front steering mechanism. We actually got a different sled that the assembly instructions as that model COULD be steered. It does have a weight limit (165 lbs I think) but it seems fine on my slightly heavier single rider adults. Final tip- always wear a helmet when using this baby because it goes fast!
