Replacement Bulb for Artemide Tizio 50 12 V GY6.35 Capsule 3000 K LED 6 Watt (50 Watt)

Easy to fit, attractive warm white light, subtle but definite difference in light emitted between the 2 settings on the Tizio lamp. Hopefully these will be long lasting bulbs and the price may come down in the longer term as they are not cheap. However much better than the original bulbs which produce an alarming amount of heat (it wouldn't be advisable to leave the lamps on unattende!).

The Tizio halogen bulb runs very hot, so as I’ve been using it as a top light for Zoom calls, I thought I should research an LED replacement. Chats with dealers didn’t help, as it seems the LED Tizio now on sale has a hard-wired bulb. This one via Amazon does the trick. I’ve not used it much as yet (hence only 4 stars) but it is easy to fit and does show two levels of light with the dimmer switch. Colour temperature seems OK, not too red. A bonus is that it’s even less of a point source than the halogen, so the lighting feels softer. Overall … very happy.

Finally a LED bulb to fit the Tizio that gives off a reasonable amount of light. Now I feel able to use my beautiful light without having to worry about the huge electric bill. Great! Only downside is there not much difference between the two brightnesses you can switch between but it doesn't really matter - never used that much anyway

I bought the 3000k replacement bulb for my older Tizio. It works nicely. However, I am disappointed as the light is yellower ( more like a 2700K bulb) when compared to my new Tizio led lamp with the Tizio 3000k Led. I would have expected 3000K bulbs to produced the same color of white light. It is nice to have a low heat bulb to prevent my grandchildren from burning their fingers when adjusting the light fixture.

Having Led bank fixed to one side of a board is an excellent idea as energy is not wasted by the light facing inner plate. Archimedes Tizio switch has two position that works like a static dimmer, with dimmable halogen bulbs, but I can't see a difference in either position using this bulb. I therefore assume this is a 2.5W Led light bulb and not 6W as the title claims and at 2.5W it cannot be 50W equivalent. In conclusion, it's very weak and no match to halogen bulbs. I also have to add that I have tried various led bulbs on Tizio and don't think they faired any better

Schon seit einiger Zeit bin ich auf der Suche nach einer Lösung, meine historische Tizioleuchte mit H1 Halogenlampe durch LEDs zu ersetzen. Gestört hat mich der hohe Energieverbrauch, der heiße Lampenkopf ohne Schutzscheibe und ohne Abstandshalter sowie die Erwärmung der Gelenke durch Übergangswiderstände. Dass dieses Leuchmittel nicht ohne Modifikation in die alte Leuchte passt, wurde mir durch andere Rezessionen schnell klar. Dennoch habe ich das Leuchtmittel bei Amazon bestellt. Der Umbau des Leuchtenkopfes ist mit handwerklichem Geschick recht gut machbar: Ausbau des Reflektors. Einlegen der LED-Platine. Die alte Lampenöffnung mit der Feile etwas vergrößern, um Kurzschluß der beiden Pins über den Alu-Reflektor zu vermeiden. Aufstecken einer Standard (MR16) Fassung von außen. Sollte die Fassung nicht völlig am Reflektor anliegen, Anschlußstifte der LED Platine geringfügig kürzen. Alle Bauteile in ihre Position bringen und Fassung mit Heißkleber am Reflektor rundum verkleben. Leuchtenkopf soweit zurückbauen, dass man die beiden Drähte der Fassung an den Kontakt-Druckknöpfen anschließen kann. Alles zusammen bauen und ggf. Ausgleichsgewicht (Münze oder Unterlagsscheibe) unter das schwarze Blech legen. Das Ergebnis ist brauchbar: Helligkeit in beiden Stufen sowie die Lichtfarbe im Vergleich zu Halogen ist subjektiv identisch. Es ist vorteilhaft, dass alle LEDs direkt nach unten strahlen und der reflektor weitgehend funktionslos ist. Die alten Kontaktprobleme in den Gelenken machen sich jetzt bei Bewegung durch leichtes Flackern der Lampe bemerkbar. Durch größere Bewegungen der Lampenarme und Einsatz von Kontakspray ließ sich das Problem für die nächste Zeit lösen. Der Lampenkopf bleibt deutlich kühler und es ist nicht zu erwarten, daß der verwendete Heißkleber wieder flüssig wird. Ob sich das Leuchtmittel dauerhaft bewährt, wird sich zeigen und ggf. hier berichtet.

Le lampade alogene emettono una quantità di colore enorme. Queta lampada a LED le sostituisce facendo la stessa luce ma emettendo una esigua quantità di calore. Anche dopo ore alla massima luminosità la lampada rimane appena tiepida.
