I recently started working from home. Originally I was going to purchase a new headset all together when I remembered I had a call center plantronics style headset. The adapter works fine for input and output. Be aware of using with programs like Krisp. Even if you have it set as the input if you mute the mic it will clash and you will not be muted on Krisp, so I guess in that case just mute yourself directly through their software to save the trouble. Other than that the adapter is perfect. Update: After a while I kept having an issue where the USB would show as corrupt on my device and it would not connect so I ended up switching to a regular USB mic

I've been using gamer headphones since I started working from home 3 months ago because our call center headsets didn't have usb compatible ends. After the big clunky gamer ones broke, I didn't know what to do. Plantronics were going for over $80 on ebay and we use those in the office sometimes so that's all I was familiar with. Luckily my coworker found these and they are perfect! Volume controls work, mute works and has a super long cord (which I sometimes run over with my computer chair so watch out for that) all at a really affordable price compared to the Plantronics. Great buy!

I use the Plantronics bi-aural headset. I switch between M10 and this usb adapter since my M10 is having issues with my laptop headset jack. Sound is very clear.

I have been phoning it in since 2002 and I've always been a Plantronics man. When my original DA45 started getting flaky, I needed a replacement to use with my trusty Plantronics glasses-mounted starset mono headset. Can't work without it. This is the third DA45 replacement I tried, and finally this one works.

Very good quality and much better looking than the picture! I use it with my Truevoice 550 headset and it works perfectly. Since I only use the mute and volume buttons I am not sure how the send&end call button functions (as it pertains to functional reliability). The mute button lights up when the headset is muted so there is no guesswork. The headphone itself is very high quality and severely reduce background noise. I work at home and use this headset to answer calls and in this reguard this adapter cord is outstanding. It gives the same superior quality sound as the headphones produce with a voip phone but with this usb adapter. I would reccomend it in a heartbeat and remain sure in the fact that the recipient of that referral would be happy with their purchase. FYI: It states on the manual that the send&end call button at the top of the selector only works with Skype Business.

It's a very inexpensive option and doesn't seem durable or will last over time. The picture doesn't match what's on Amazon or Truvoice's website from what I received. I decided to return it.

Easily adaptable to my existing headset/cord set up. The cord is thin, lightweight and the volume control (+/-) with mute is conveniently located for easy accessibility. I have used Plantronics products for almost 10 years now. When comparing similar products, there is NO comparison, especially for qualify.

Expected this to be a standard piece, but it doesn't work with my Jabra headset, the pieces can't connect properly. Will have to return.
