Good quality and value for money. The cord is flexible with a good length and easy to wrap for storage. It comes with a bottle of solution, cleaning mats and different attachments for different cleaning jobs. its lightweight so easy to manoeuvre. I like the scrubbing head which releases from the main steamer head, good for stubborn marks on the kitchen floor.

This replaced an older Vax floor steam cleaner, same style, where the handle had snapped after a few years' use. We were happy with that cleaner so went with the same format and make. I like that the steam comes out through the removable cleaning pad at the bottom of the cleaner rather than a separate steam nozzle aimed at the floor. I also like the separate detergent chamber, should I want to use a detergent (one is provided in the packaging though I've used others). The cord is a good length and I had no problem cleaning the kitchen floor (about 6m x 4m). The water reservoir is a bit small - I need to refill it three-quarters way through the floor clean. I haven't used it as a detached, hand-held cleaner yet, though we used our last one to help clean our cooker. We find hot water and elbow grease quicker though! Overall happy with this cleaner but it's early days. I'll update review if there's a problem.

In love with this, so far it has removed stubborn stains that refused to move with an older version of the mop, and has cleaned black mould and dead skin from the grouting in the bathroom, generally it's great.

Bought to replace a much older machine. Keen for the multi function/ lift off aspect. Lightweight, easy to use with plenty of tools included. Took no time to heat and has options to how much steam is released. Dried quickly Worked well on floors and bathroom

Switch broke within minutes. I have a strong suspicion this was a refurbished unit. 1. The box was tatty, with an disproportional amount of tape, going over previous tape. 2. The water container had condensation in the container, as if it had been used, and not dried out. (was water put in to test it after repair?) 3. Water marks on some of the tools. 4. Power switch in the ON position. (every product i have bought, the switch is always in the off position for safety) 5. Additive switch set on Max. 6. Steam switch set to on and Max. 7. Generally minute debris on the machine. as if been thoroughly cleaned but not factory clean. Sent back for a refund. I wont be buying it again.

My previous one lasted 10 years so happy to buy again

This machine cleans all right, but it needs strong fingers to use it. The trigger that turns the steam on is difficult to press while holding the handle, I found it almost impossible to use. Also the button to press to release the mop head is stiff, I was not able to use it at all. I wish designers would realise that not everyone has strong hands and fingers.

Very capable doing the basic job of cleaning tiled and stone floors (which is all I've used it for so far). Comes with so many tools for other jobs that I haven't yet used, so can't comment on those. The heavy duty red/blue pad supplied is good and absorbent. Doesn't get 5* from me because the trigger handle is a bit thin and therefore uncomfortable to hold for long periods. Also, a bit more fiddly to fill and refill than other (admittedly, less capable) machines that I have used, partly because of the extra tank for detergent solution. The instructions printed on the various components do help to ease this. I'm happy with it, though, as it makes a boring job less tedious ...
