Trace Letters Of The Alphabet and Sight Words (On The Go): Preschool Practice Handwriting Workbook: Pre K, Kindergarten and Kids Ages 3-5 Reading And Writing

My 5yo daughter wants to do more homework when we use this fun alphabet and sight words book. I love the simplicity of the text. It’s not overwhelming for the preschooler. I also really love how there’s extra (blank) practice pages at the end of the book so your kids can get some additional practice on the alphabets or words that were challenging for them. It’s helped us stay on track academically during this lockdown!

Book is well made with quality paper and binding. It's cute and granddaughter loves working with it. She doesn't think it's schoolwork but something fun (yet educational) to do during preschool breaks. The lines are easy to work with and we can tell the extra work at home is helping her penmanship. The price was inexpensive for a quality book.

I got this for my nephew who struggles with lower case and upper case letters. Graphing paper and tracing used to be a fave of mine growing up in the 90s so I thought to get him this. Definitely helped him a lot. During these COVID / distance learning times it is time for the family/village to teach these kids things we want them to learn outside of what the teachers teach and this is a really good start

We are loving this for homeschool. Perfect amount of tracing and lined space for kids to practice on their own. There's also frequently used words (sight words) for kids to practice. We make copies of the pages instead of writing in the book to get as much use out of it as we can. Sometimes my child needs a little extra practice than the space allows, so making copies had worked perfectly for us

Ok, I guess my husband and I are in the minority here (nothing new!) but we found the words used in this book (and the number book too) hilarious... Nascar for N?? Quad-bike for Q??? Most people writing reviews seem offended by them (difficult etc...) but I'm relieved! I'm not a redneck (never watched nascar or ridden a quad) and I have a daughter, but I can't tell you how thankful I am to see words not typically used (Apple, queen, Xray, etc...) I mean... Z is for Zeppelin!?! How awesome is that?! Not only does she learn the letter, but we get to talk about these new weird words! And if you have a boy (not that I think books or letters/words should appeal more or less to any gender, but I will for this moment)... this book may appeal (more than the avg book) because of the use of heavy machinery and trucks etc... Nevertheless... if you are using the book *with* your kid, and they are simply learning how to draw the letters (Not learning how to read)... then this is a slightly different take, but welcome change, for our family! My one wish is that the pages were serrated so we could easily tear them out and put into the plastic sleeves we use so she can use the pages over and over again... oh well...

I thought it would have came with ten pages of so but I was surprised at the amount of pages it has . Your child can learn the letters and different sight words by tracing them. It also has a few blank pages that you can add words in for extra practice. I would recommend

Works good book just as good as a few others so will keep this one 1. There are a lot of pages uppercase and lowercase with the site words 2. The layout is well done and they’re able to write the upper and lower case letters and move towards the site words at the end of the book with other exercises so it’s a good book and there are a lot of pages 3. has the full alphabet and a lot more this book is worth the money

As a retired 5th gradeteacher, we weren’t required to teach handwriting because it’s typically taught in 2nd through 4 th grades. However, we had to take time out of our curriculum to teach it because the students were busy learning computer skills. We couldn’t read even their cursive, and when we expected to be able to read their cursive, forget it! We Purchased these books and taught it ourselves. It’s a sad day when students leave high school still not writing legibly. I bought these for my grandchildren to get them ready for these pre-school lessons.
