Amallow 100% Grass Fed Beef Tallow for Skin Care - Face + Body - Whipped Moisturizer - Natural Lotion, 4 FL. oz. (Vanilla Lavender)

This is my second purchase of tallow from this brand. I was very nervous to try tallow originally because I wasn’t sure about the smell, but I find no smell at all with this brand. I did prefer the lavender vanilla, which is what I purchased first over this one, but I like the texture of this jar more than the aforementioned. It’s thicker and more like a creamy balm whereas the other was more like a lotion. It could be that the time of year and the temperature affected the composition however, both worked effectively and my skin feels really nice. I just love the smell of the lavender vanilla. I also think the ingredients are clean and I would prefer to support a smaller company like this one. As a person with sensitive breakout prone skin, I am nervous to try new skincare but I haven’t had to worry about breakouts or any negative results. I’ve also stopped using seven or eight different types of products in my routine replacing with this one. I would like to see a frankincense tallow!from this brand. When I buy a third jar, I’ll update if there are any changes.

This is absolutely the best skincare product I've purchased in my life. If you're like me and have tried nearly every skincare product on the market - tallow is it! There is no daily skincare product that I've tried that could even compare to tallow - not from Sephora or Ulta, not even from the med spa (which I frequent) nor from any RX prescribed to me from my dermatologist! This is absolutely the most hydrating, nourishing, all-inclusive daily skincare product I've found. I've been searching for the "fountain of youth" skincare routine for 25+ years now. I'm exceptionally picky on what I add into my routine as a staple in my skincare arsenal. I use this on my face, lips, neck, chest, backs of hands and my feet. You will notice the improvement right away when you apply it. Overnight though - you'll wake up and put it on reorder when you see the HUGE improvement it makes when it actually fully absorbs into your skin! This is a must have for anyone. As for the beef tallow from the Amallow brand, specifically - I got the 4 ounce scented vanilla latte jar. It smells so good and has this awesome whipped up texture. I was worried about it feeling thick on my skin but that's not the case at all. Even after immediately applying I still feel like my skin can "breathe".

I was almost discouraged by some of the bad reviews. I have been looking for a good moisturizer for my face and almost everything I tried was breaking me out or it just wasn’t moisturizing my skin. I’m so glad I took the chance and purchased yet again another product because this was made for me. I won’t be using any other product for moisturizing my face. I’m a 40+ black woman with sensitive skin and since using I’ve received so many compliments on the appearance of my skin. YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE MUCH! You can easily put too much on. I now see what others were warning of in their reviews. Very true, a little goes a long way. I have just started using so over time we will see how it holds up. Any issues and I will be updating my review if possible. As of now It’s worth every penny! I have the vanilla lavender and it smells so good. I will be purchasing the vanilla latte next and so on. I may just get all next purchase to see which smell is my favorite of them all. Melts easy and easy to apply. I didn’t experience what I seen some reviews of people saying about the product being hard to apply to skin. Not my experience at all. The product is whipped and creamy and makes your face appearance hydrating. Love the ingredients as well. I always google and research ingredients in all my products and these ingredients are GOOD and SAFE.. What are you waiting for PURCHASE IT! I’m not a gatekeeper so I’m telling everyone about this brand, when asked about my skin. Just hoping my big mouth doesn’t fix it where I can’t get it because it’s out of stock lol.

I got the vanilla lavender, it does go on greasy, but it absorbs like nothing I have ever used before. The Amallow is the best moisturizing cream I have ever used. Worth its weight in gold. I even washed my hands and they maintained the moisture and continued to be soft. The best thing is it’s minimal natural ingredients. The jar will last a long time, I used.about a half of a teaspoon for my arms and feet.

I love this stuff. It has a nice creamy whipped texture, if it does soften up too much at room temp I just place in the fridge for about 5 minutes. Leaves you feeling very soft and the smell is very mild and does disappear. I ordered unscented. 4 stars because I do feel like the price is a little steep for how much you get. But I would buy again. I just use on arms and hands mainly but if you were looking to whole body moisturize the price would definitely make it iffy

Wow wow and wow! You usually wait a few weeks if not months to decide if a product works or not, but that is not the case with this tallow moisturizer! I could see a difference after the first night of use. My skin was noticeably smoother, and I swear my pores looked more blurred, even though that wasn’t something I was expecting with such an oily moisturizer. I do have combination skin that leans toward the oily side, and I am prone to acne and dirt in my pores. I’m only on day two and I am already going make up free as a 34-year-old with less than perfect textured skin, pigment, pores, scarring, etc. I apply it after my shower on my face, neck, lips, eyes and hands. It also made a huge difference on my lips, much smoother despite the windy, dry spring weather we’re having down south. I opted for the unscented because I don’t like using anything scented on my face. It does have a bit of a cow smell, but it goes away within a few seconds of applying the moisturizer.

Ordered the unscented and warning do not do it! the scent of beef is so strong. I’ve used from other brands unscented and it was never this potent. It makes me nauseous and my hands smell like beef too. I love the product I just wish it wasn’t so strong
