With a TLR-7X on my 365xl I have to take the holster out of my pants/belt to get the weapon out. I have the adjustment screws fully loose to the point that they rattle around and can be spun by hand. Holster seems to be of good quality, just a poor design.

Fits perfectly for what it’s designed for. You just have to make sure you have the Tlr 7 “sig” model as indicated in the description. I even get the click sound when holstering. Retention was a bit tight but really easy to adjust.

The description for the item at time of writing this review is that it is designed to fit the P365/365X/365XL with the streamlight TLR-7 sub. I'll start off by saying my expectations were on the ground and it seems they brought a shovel. Despite the price tag being way higher than it should, I made this purchase simply because I could get it quick while I wait on another custom order. First impressions with packaging and opening the box was positive, it seems like it really came from a small brand that appreciates presentation. Beyond that, presentation seems to be the only thing they care about. The first time holstering didn't even seat halfway before getting stuck. It seems as though the holster is too short of an opening for the light to actually clear the first part and cannot fully seat unless properly forced. Beyond that you cannot get it out without taking out the screws and peeling it off to unholster. The design seems to potentially better align with the lower profile "1913" rails you can get with the TLR-7 sub (rebranded to TLR-7X sub currently). I will try to get my hands on just the rail parts for the light and see if it works beyond that before giving up. While I believe that the holster has good potential, I don't believe its worth the price tag because the materials and design seem to be the same as most any cookie cutter kydex holsters you can find most anywhere online or at trade shows, and it doesn't actually fit what it is branded to fit. Overall, despite my low expectations, I'm still extremely disappointed.

Looks like a really nice holster, even came in a sweet bag. Doesn't fit my firearm though.

As my headline states, I am a Private Investigator and if I'm awake, I almost always have my gun and holster on me. Over the years, I've tried hundreds if not thousands of different holsters and I can unequivocally state this one is the most comfortable one I've ever worn. I wear it appendix style and it does not cut into me or bind whatsoever. If you're looking for a holster, I HIGHLY recommend this one!

Although I gave this holster 2 stars, I do like it. I have a sig xl with a tlr7 sub light and once it's in the holster it WILL NOT come out. I took a file to it but got nowhere. I'll be attempting to use a dermal tool to remove some material, if that doesn't work I'm returning it regardless of its condition. The clips work great, and I got a "claw" to go with it, which makes it super concealable. However, none of that matters if I can't get the gun out.
