Love these packs. Good flavor, seem to work. I’m pregnant and feel endlessly thirsty, these seem to work well. They dissolve fairly easily, they leave a little residue after finishing so I top off with water and rinse it down.

I want to start by saying, I love this stuff! I typically enhance my water with different flavorings and drink mixes. When I saw this mom fuel drink mix, it was a no brainer for me to try. Despite some of the reviews, I did not find anything odd about the taste. It was easily drinkable to me. It dissolved easily after shaking it in a 16 oz water bottle. I would even like for the flavor to be more enhanced. I did find it to be on the wearier side but again, I usually intensely flavor my water so I’m used to that. The way that I prepped this drink is simple. I add my water into a bottle, empty the packet, give it a good shake, then poor it over ice. For extra flavor I do add it my liquid strawberry pump syrup and it’s perfect! I do notice it is effective with giving me a much needed boost of energy even at 4 months pregnant. I would 100% say these mom fuel sticks are worth the money. I even signed up for the subscription. :)

I used this product for 8 days taking one pack per day. I didn't see an increase in my milk production however I was less thirsty and felt better hydration during the day and night. I usually wake up with my throat feeling dry when I was only drinking water but that didn't happen while taking this product. I didn't love the taste for the people who don't like the taste of coconut water this is a very sutil taste and you won't be thrown off by it. The taste and thee texture are the only reason why I don't give this 5 stars. Texture was very grainy even with room temperature water.

I bought the smaller pack, 8 pouches Mixed Berry Flavor. -really need to mix the powder, if not, it’s an unpleasant taste and texture -it’s too sweet for me with just 16 oz, so I add ONE PACKET to my 40 oz Cup. -I found mixing it in a smaller cup with a cup of water helpful to mix and get rid of most of the powder -I can’t get it to dissolve completely -I only drink it once to twice a week, just to kind of give me a boost, it’s not tasty enough for me to drink daily. -I think the 8 pack was a good purchase for me to test it out. I don’t think I’ll rebuy the mixed berry flavor, if I buy again, I’ll look for a different flavor. Enjoy! For now, I’ll finish my pack and continue to hydrate!

Hydration & energy- two things that mamas need, and this product delivers! I love this product! I love the flavor, it’s sweet but not too sweet, and a little sour/tart which I like! Not a strong overpowering flavor. Mild and drinkable. Not super salty like some electrolyte drinks. Mixes well, I prefer an electric mixer in a glass as my video shows. Of course the color is beautiful, we love a pretty drink. I love that there is no artificial colors or flavors or sweeteners (I wouldn’t have purchased if so lol.) I love the individual packets to take on the go. Packaging and design are aesthetically pleasing. Amazing product to replace electrolytes which I definitely need as a hot yoga teacher/practitioner and breastfeeding mama! Also, I love the addition of B12 for natural energy! I really felt energized after drinking this. Clean energy, not leaving me feeling wired or jittery. Us moms need all the energy we can get!

Very tasty but I wish the taste wasn’t that Splenda sugar taste and it was more like juice. Wasn’t able to get rid of grainy texture when mixing cold despite shaking. For the price it has a good taste.

There are lots of mixed reviews and everyone has different taste. In my opinion the taste is good. It's light not too sweet and does help with hydration. I drank this while pregnant and now currently during breastfeeding. Can't say that it does help with milk supply but it does encourage me to intake more liquids. I'd say buy it at your own risk. I do agree with others that it is pricey. It does mix very well so the quality is there along with the flavor. I've had other brands that didn't mix well and left chunks at the bottom of my bottle. It also states that it gives you energy which I can't even tell the difference. Overall I am satisfied with this product and will continue to purchase.
