I bought a UFlex compression sleeve without straps and its my daily knee support. I wear one of these sleeves with the straps when I ride my bike. Wearing the strap version, I'm comfortable, pain free, peddling cross country in the desert. In my unqualified NON-medical opinion, the pain free MTB biking is building up the support muscles around my injured knee, speeding my recovery and maintaining my fitness instead of my knee atrophying. These are great, too much for daily wear, perfect for biking. Great deal too.

I can wear this all day without issues. Very comfortable.

I tried the S, M and L of this and not one of them fit well. The compression of the sleeve itself seemed really good and supportive, but the bands that wrap around can't really be adjusted for tension. The only place to attach them is a tiny square at the top front of the brace, which made them far too tight for me. I was genuinely afraid it would cut off my circulation while I am working out. I suppose I could have tried the XL as well, but after three tries I'm cutting my losses.
