It was a perfect fit and great product that Boes should have implemented instead of the cheap plastic they used. This is a great item to solve the manufactures mistake.

Why? Why? Why? Why didn't Bose make the originals out of metal? Well-maybe because they wanted them to break and give the secondary market an opportunity? Anyway-I've gone through several of these speaker stand widgets. I've had my stands for many years - the short bookshelf seize and the taller floor stand size. I'm glad I couldn't find any more of the plastic ones. About time someone made something that looks like it will last.

I had a set of Bose double cube stands w/ the broken plastic piece. This fit perfectly & feels solid. Will buy more as the other plastics fail.

These are a little expensive, but they will be well worth it if I don't have to continually replace the plastic washer. So far they are working great!

This replaced the cheap plastic sleeves that came with the stand and broke just a few years later. They were IDENTICAL in size and shape, but metal so they will not break down. A bit on the expensive side, but better than having to put out $120 for new stands that will just break again. These stands should now last indefinitely. Good job!

grommet fits perfectly for the bose 3-2-1 speaker stand. It's so much sturdier than the plastic ones

I used it for my Bose Speaker stand and this is very strong because the one that came in it was plastic and it broke off. Now it's standing again

These metal replacements are great. My only issue is I think they're over priced.
