I have been suffering from migraines since I was in my teens and I am now 35. Since I have gotten older my migraines have been less. Also since I have gotten older I carry my stress in my neck and shoulders and breathing also and have severe tension headaches daily. My neck and shoulders are so tense at times that I cannot move my head from side to side, it is so tight. I also have TMJ. I have not been using this device daily yet, but am now going to try it daily before bed. I used it last night and can tell that it helped a little with the pain but I still have a tension headache this morning. I also suffer from and anxiety disorder and depression. I am hopeful that this will help my pain. I will revisit this review in a couple weeks with an update.

This was fairly helpful. I keep it on my bed and use it for a few minutes every night to relieve tension in my neck and base of head. It provides good support and I alternate flipping it around a couple minutes each on the gentler side and then the more intense side with the little nodules. I rub my head back and forth in small sections and let the nodules massage more deeply. While I can't say this helps to prevent pain, it does help at the end of the day to relax the neck muscles. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I would recommend trying it.

It is comfortable and designed well. Only use for the 30 minutes at most! I use after yoga while in meditation. It is a 1 si,e fits all. I got one for all my family members. Good support and functional!

This product was very affordable and had good reviews so I thought it was worth a shot to get some relief. I have a stressful job and hold so much tension in my neck and shoulders. This device forces me into better alignment and helps unlock the muscles. I am definitely getting some relief and look forward to see further improvement with continued use.

I honestly was not too sure on this… but after laying on it for 8 mins my neck popped and realigned. This has been helping with my tension headaches. I even bought a second one I keep at work and use it during my break. Relaxing!!
