Holds spills VERY well!! I use this one on my coffee station. It is soooo easy to wash it in the sink and hang it to dry I don't have to wash it often, even with all the liquid and coffee grounds that spill. Perfect drink mixing mat for a sloppy barista. I tend to spill drips of milk, foam and coffee when mixing! It wipes easily, and easy to clean. Dries quick and a great size and thickness!
