I have a 3.5 year old Baron 320 model and this burner 4 pack fits perfectly and even leaves me with a spare burner. I installed it about 1 month ago and have cooked on it several times. The OEM burners lasted 3.5 years but probably needed replacement many months earlier as they were in really bad shape. The heat plates also fit perfectly and it's nice to have a spare. Not sure if they will last 3 years like the OEM, but initial impression is very positive. I do wish they would add in the cross-over as that was in really bad shape and I had been unable to use the spark starter recently. Replacing the cross-over requires removing the burners, so might as well make it a package. I was able to find that here on Amazon also, just make sure you get the correct set. Search for: Broil King Crossover Tube 15 5/16" x 1 5/8"

The holes that are drilled to be located in the crossover tube are way off. This makes it very hard to light. I'm returning them.

This was a repeat purchase after about 2 years. Easy replacement for the burners on my Broil King Baron. Also replaced the flame/gas spreader at the same time. The grill was hard to start as the old flame spreader was corroded to the point of having holes/gaps/blockage that didn't allow the flame/gas to spread properly. The burners had deteriorated to where the holes were burning through to each other so it wasn't a uniform flame distribution. This resolved that issue. Adding new burners, a new flame spreader piece, a new battery in the ignitor and possible new grids and you have renewed the life of your expensive grill. I am only getting about two years out of burners and 4 years out of a flame/gas spreader-ignitor. There were no instructions but install is easy. Use channel locks to loosen/wiggle the old burner tubes. Remove the hitch clip locking pins (new ones not included so save these if possible). Remove the burner tubes. Replace the flame spreader piece or clean it out to improve ignition. Adjust the new burner tube air gaps (screened openings) to the same size of your removed burner air gaps (easy with a Philips screwdriver), reinstall burners with hitch pin clips. These seem like quality parts and fits well but only lasted me about 2 years of frequent use.
