Works great
Using these modules to create a fiber connection between my upstairs and downstairs 1 gig managed switches. My downstairs switch, is a Zyxel 1 gig 24 port managed switch, And it recognized the module no problem. The switch upstairs is a bit older of a lesser brand switch that is smaller, which also recognized it without a problem. So love the compatibility, and also that it appears to be working flawlessly.

Works with QNAP 16 port 10 Gbe switch
Plugged into SFP+ port and connected with Mac mini M2 with 10 gig output. Worked fine.

Work great with Linksys switches
I have a few Linksys managed switches and a few "smart" switches (similar to a managed switch with no layer 3 functions or console port). They primarily use traditional copper ethernet cables, but they each have two SFP ports for fiber. In theory these can be used for any purpose, but in practice they're best saved for when copper cannot cut it. I use them for 30-40 meter runs in my home that get snaked through the garage and end up under baseboards. Fiber is really thin, so it can fit under the baseboard. Fiber is immune to crosstalk, so the various runs being right atop each other won't interfere. Of course another use for be extremely long runs or runs through an industrial area with loads of magnetic interference or other issues. Lastly, fiber doesn't conduct electricity, so it won't spread havoc if a connect device gets struck by lightning.Anyway, these SFP modules just plug in and work. I used Monoprice LC to LC fiber and these on both ends (in Linksys switches). Works great.

10G works UDMP port 11
This connector works with autonogotiation on port 11 (LAN) of Unifi Dream Machine Pro. Unifi sfp module does not work at all in this port but this item does. Plus these are cheaper.

backwards compatible with Unifi SFP+
I needed a simple 1Gig SFP for my new Unifi UDM SE that has only SFP+ (10Gig) SFP ports. My older 1Gig SFP's that work with my first Gen Unifi switches were not recognized in the newer SFP+ ports on my new Dream Machine SE. I tried to manually set the SFP+ ports to 1000Mb/s, and nothing. With this SFP it immediately was recognized by the Unifi console and the port light on the UDM came on, I plugged into my laptop and was getting fill 1 gigabit throughput. Even with the port set to autonegotiate it worked like a charm. Now I just wish I would have bought the 2 or 4 pack.I'm running all the current Unifi software, if in the future I have issues with this SFP I will update this post.

Does Not Work on MikroTik CRS305 Product Line & RJ45 Issues
This review is for the "Gigabit SFP to RJ45 Copper SFP Transceiver, 1000Base-T Mini GBIC, 1.25G SFP-T Copper..." product from Ipolex. As one other user review noted, these modules have some connector issues where the RJ45 male connectors do not always click into the female receptacle on the module. No audible click either and the cables often do not seat and *will* pull out if you don’t wiggle them into place. I experienced the same thing on 2 other brands in the same price point as well (H!Fiber and 10Gtek) and yes, I tried other Ethernet cables - same result. They do not work on the Mikrotik CRS305 product line. RouterOS reports these modules (and another brand in the same price point) as OEM SFP-GE-T devices. I tried them on RouterOS v7.1rc3(testing) and on v6.48.4 (stable). Same result. The only ones I have had zero issues with are QSFPTEK 10GBASE-T SFP+ modules which is unfortunate because I don't need 10Gb RJ45 for my use case and they are about $44/module at the time of writing this. I am going to cross post this review on the other devices I purchased and tested as well. I am disappointed in Ipolex (and 10Gtek for that matter) because I have used them in the past and they have worked fine.

Has been working fine for almost a year now
I tried this Cisco coded transceiver in two different cheap switches, one based on the Realtek RTL9301 switch chip and one on the Realtek RTL8372 switch chip. They link up just fine at 10 Gbps in both of them. One of these Cisco coded transceiver modules (and one Intel code transceiver of the same model) has been running fine 24/7 for almost a year now at 10 Gbps. No complaints.

Works fine in Intel X710 and X553 NICs
I tried these modules in both Intel X710 and X553 NICs as well as two different cheap switches, one based on the Realtek RTL9301 switch chip and one on the Realtek RTL8372 switch chip. They link up just fine at 10 Gbps in all of them. One of the Intel coded transceiver modules (and one Cisco code transceiver of the same model) have been running fine 24/7 for almost a year now, while the other two are reserved for future projects/spares.
